Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of operations management across all entities, ensuring effective and efficient processes across various departments
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational activities, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all entities
• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies through alignment with the corporate vision and seamless integration across all entities
• Oversee the end-to-end operational process, implementing streamlined procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Foster transparent communication with executive leadership and across all operational team to facilitate effective problem-solving and drive operational excellence
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and ethical standards across all operational functions
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support corporate operational needs
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and prioritize workplace safety
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years in managerial role in operations management, preferably in the footwear, demonstrating a track record of success in driving operational excellence and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to align with business requirement, collaborating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the footwear industry

Job duties / responsibilities:

• To assist Global Head in overall operation of the department and internal management including training of team members and provide strategic support on new business development
• To manage client relationship, explore new clients and business projects, engage in deal origination and marketing activities, expand the client network and pipeline of the company
• To lead a team to provide a wide range of corporate finance services to clients including initial public offerings, financial advisory on merger and acquisitions, takeovers, and capital raising exercise
• To oversee deal structuring and execution, provide guidance to middle & junior staff, due diligence, job execution, to identify, analyse, resolve the potential issues and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

Requirement:

• Demonstrated track record of successful transactions for HKEX IPOs as a principal officer/Deal execution/private equity funds and/or direct equity investments in developing markets
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, structured financing, primary and private placement and M&A in Asia Pacific and or management consulting.
• Possess at least 5 years of managerial role
• Direct investing experience with a private equity fund, fund of funds, institutional investor, sovereign wealth fund, or similar entity, with a focus on equity and quasi-equity investments preferred
• Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred, along with solid knowledge of the China market.
