Continuous Improvement & Governance:

Who you are

• Strong SEO specialist with 5-7+ years of experience

Role Overview

The Director of Digital Transformation will lead our digital initiatives, focusing on integrating innovative digital capabilities and experiences across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement digital transformation strategies that align with business goals across all functional groups, leveraging machine learning and AI to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and digital capabilities, with a focus on data-driven solutions using machine learning and AI.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex digital transformation programs involving cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering business results through AI-driven initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into useful formats.
• Experience with design thinking, iterative development methodologies, and AI technologies such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).
• Fluency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, and open source generative AI models.

Reporting to the Regional CFO – Asia, the Regional Finance Director is accountable for accurate reporting of financial results and managing the company’s financial affairs. Serving as a business partner, advisor, and key contributor to the senior leadership team in the development of long-range strategies and short-term goals through sound business insight and financial information, collaborating collectively across other departments. This is accomplished by providing financial reporting, business analysis, insight, recommendations, plans and forecasts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Regional Financial Director is responsible for the financial management of the organisation. The Finance Director is responsible for:

• Managing the financial reporting for the organisations. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 years financial plans and all statutory financial reporting
• Providing sound financial support and insights to enable the Regional CFO and Asia Task Force and other leaderships groups to make critical business decisions
• Support the formulation of business's strategy
• Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs.
• Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
• Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organisations is compliant with accounting standards
• Managing our Finance Centre of Excellence
• Managing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements
• Managing and overseeing the company’s financial systems
• Recruitment, training, mentoring and development of staff
• Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
• Supporting commercial decision making from margin analysis, pricing analysis etc
• Supporting commercial investment decisions
• Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations to the Regional CFO
• Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related policies and procedures
• Build financial acumen within the region through participation and active involvement and ensure adequate financial & operational reporting is received and effectively used to drive business decisions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success
• Must be team oriented and have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
• Strong Business & Finance Transformation experience
• Exceptional Finance Systems Experience
• Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
• Results oriented and metrics driven
• Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Confident to present results to an audience
