Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market expansion.

● Build partnerships with startups, entrepreneurs, and PE/VC firms to enhance brand presence and market influence.

● Lead and oversee systematic commercial activities to achieve business

objectives.

● Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.

● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

● Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and make

data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

● 10+ years working in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or related fields

● Proven experience in venture partnerships, business development, or related roles within the Chinese market.

● Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, PE/VC landscape, and commercial activities.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

● Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

● Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

● Collaborative approach to leadership and problem solving, including proven success in attracting and developing talent

Requirements

- At least 10 years of experience in business development

- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitor research

- Familiar with China market. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must

• Be responsible for the technical and artistic quality of the shots.
• Define the art style while respecting the initial creative direction.
• Convey expectations in terms of quality and content (settings, environments, characters) to the graphics team (concept artists, environment artists, character model artists) using relevant visual references
• Set high quality standards.
• Monitor and approve work done by the graphics team so that the elements produced respect the vision of the game and meet quality standards.
• Planning production in collaboration with the environment, character and concept team leads.
• Creating benchmark to define the expected level of graphical quality in the game in collaboration with the lead game designer and the lead level designer (technical limitations, scales, narrative content, compositions, gameplay).
