Role Purpose:

We are hiring for the role of Associate Director of Payment Partnerships will manage and expand our relationships with key partners (banks, financial institutions, and other payment providers) to drive the adoption of our installment solutions across the Southeast Asia region.

This role will require a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, a strong network in the banking and financial services sectors, and a proven track record in driving business development initiatives. This role will be based out of Singapore.

The Responsibilities We Entrust You With:

1. Strategic Partnership Management:

- Develop and execute the partnership strategy with key partners, including banks, financial institutions, and other payment providers, to drive the growth of our installment payment offerings in the SEA region

2. Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner’s senior stakeholders to expand the reach and adoption of our installment solutions.

3. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the adoption of installment products, working closely with Visa and other strategic partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

4. Product Integration and Rollout:

- Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of installment products with partner’s existing payment solutions and oversee the successful rollout of new features and functionalities.

5. Market Insights & Strategy:

- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve partnership strategies. Develop and present business cases to senior leadership, identifying key opportunities and risks.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, legal, sales, customer success, and compliance to ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements, as well as compliance with local regulations. You will also be working very closely with the Director of Brand Partnerships to curate the best, joint offers for brands, merchants, issuers, and their customers.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track and report on the performance of partnerships, including key performance indicators (KPIs) like transaction volume, user adoption, and revenue growth. Drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

8. Negotiations & Contracting:

- Lead negotiations and the contracting process with potential partners, ensuring terms are favorable and align with the firm’s business objectives.

The Assistant Director (Attraction Projects) is responsible for leading the comprehensive development of major attraction projects at Resorts World Sentosa, focusing on show and ride components. This role involves managing all aspects from planning and budgeting to design, construction, and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary

The Audit Director holds a senior management position with primary responsibility to provide an independent & objective assessment of the organization’s financial statements, internal controls & reporting processes to ensure good corporate governance. Key Responsibilities

• To develop, establish and implement internal control frameworks across DCS Card Centre and its subsidiaries to ensure the reliability and integrity of information.

The Recruitment Director is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters with a sole focus on sourcing, recruiting, screening/assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients, as well as providing leads and market intelligence direct to the sales functions. • Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction by providing within Corporate standards quality guest services and amenities

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS:

• Assists in monitoring present and future trends, practices and systems in the hotel industry and determines and ensures execution of competitive programmes as directed
• Participates in conducting weekly inspections and ensures physical facilities are kept in operational condition by full implementation of preventive maintenance programmes and judicious planning and management of FF& E, as directed
• Ensures emergency procedures are practised and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guest and employees
• Establishes and maintains a prominent level of visibility and involvement in the property and in business, social and governmental communities as appropriate
• Develops recognition programmes, advertising and promotional campaigns to obtain greatest market awareness and patronage
• Reviews energy conservation programme to ensure minimum energy and utility consumption without sacrificing human comfort
• Keeps General Managerinformed of any unforeseen events, which may occur in his/her absence
• Assists in selling hotel through personal involvement with all potential markets as required
• Ensures environmentally friendly practices are implemented in accordance with the IHG Environmental Manual/local applicable laws and regulations
• Monitors purchasing practices to ensure compliance with IHG policy and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty. In the absence of the General Manager, assumes responsibilities as appropriate
• Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same
• Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and enforce these in your areas
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
• Ensure security incidents and accidents are logged, investigated and rectified to prevent future catastrophes

ACCOUNTABILITY

Position is the top level in a full-service property with multiple outlets and complex operations, which may include one or more of the following: multiple buildings with an extensive range of facilities and variety of technical aspects, complex owner relationships, extensive competitive pressures, difficult labour relations and/or union pressures.

Position typically reports to the General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, plus three years’ prior hotel management experience / equivalent combination of education and experience of general management experience in a high level operations role / prior general manager experience / equivalent combination of education and experience. Possesses a high energy level and a passion for achieving results; strong leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results; ability to manage in a competitive environment; ability to manage complex relationships; a passion for delivering superior results.
