1.Client Relationship Management

2. Institutional Relationship Management

4. Risk Management/Compliance

• Ensure licensed Vistra entities remain compliant with prevailing local and international legislation

• Maintain own fiduciary specialist knowledge as well as knowledge of products and those of the intermediary/wealth management market in general

Key Requirements:

• STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Trust or Private Client space
• Prior business development experience and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target

Job Summary

The Engineering Director will lead and oversee the engineering department within our CNC machining operations. This role is responsible for driving innovation, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
