The Director, Client Management APAC will lead the Client Management function, overseeing its four sub-functions to ensure exceptional client experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth. This senior leadership role is based in Asia Pacific and reports directly to the Head of Commercial Asia Pacific. The role demands strategic vision, operational expertise, and a client-centric approach to drive long-term success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in client management, customer service, or a related leadership role in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong strategic and operational skills, with a proven track record of delivering client satisfaction and business growth.

JOB SUMMARY

• The Group Sales Enablement role will be responsible for driving and executing Sales strategy & initiatives and enhance Sales performance for TB Corporates & Financial Institutions Sales by working closely with other Sales Performance Management (SPM) functions: Regional Sales Enablement, Sales Content, Training, Marketing and Sales Processes Risk Management.
• This role will oversee the TB Transaction Review Forum as it’s secretariat, to maintain and improve the Forum Term of Reference (ToR), provide coaching to Sales Managers (SM) to ensure quality submission, track transaction approvals to ensure conditional approval requirements are closed out. Perform detailed Win & Loss analysis and provide trend analysis to TB stakeholders to close out any potential product and/or process gaps to improve future win rate.

• Collaborate within SPM team to develop Sales strategy, which are aligned with Transaction Banking, Cash, Trade and TBFX objectives and business goals to deliver TB Corporate Plan.
• Support strategic sales initiatives and put in place systems and processes to measure the success factors of initiatives across TB Sales teams.
• Drive and execution of other strategic reviews.

Transaction Review Forum Secretariat

• Deliver a standardized TB Transaction Approval process, where evaluated deals are rigorously vetted and aligned with the TB objectives and to shorten TB decision making cycle.
• Continuous review of Transaction Review Forum processes, drive improvements and maintaining the Forum’s ToR.
• Instill submission discipline by provide coaching to Sales Managers (SM) to improve quality and timely submission.
• Closely track the status of each TB transaction approval and ensure conditional approval requirements are closed out by SM prior to implementation.

Transaction Win & Loss Analysis

• Conduct TB Transactions Win & Loss Analysis to identify key internal and/or external factors and to provide feedback loop to relevant stakeholders like Product Management and LBSM/CPM to prioritise product investment roadmap and FTP/Cost of Funds to enable competitive market pricing.
• Monitor and track group level revenue realization to ensure accurate forecasting & outlook with TB Finance and TB Implementation.
• Execute Client Financial Planning in conjunction with CIB Business Development team and organise client team review on TB opportunities identified.

Project Management

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic and tactical projects

Sales Risk Management

• Working closely with Sales Business Risk Manager (BRM) to ensure Cash and Trade Sales processes risk factors are mitigated via systems and processes re-design and simplification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary

The Audit Director holds a senior management position with primary responsibility to provide an independent & objective assessment of the organization’s financial statements, internal controls & reporting processes to ensure good corporate governance. • Revenue Growth and Performance
  Own the e-commerce P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
  Optimize conversion rates, average order values, and customer retention through data-driven strategies.
  Identify and implement upselling, cross-selling, and bundling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Customer Experience
  Ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience across all devices and platforms.
  Lead initiatives to improve website usability, personalization, and mobile optimization.
  Leverage customer feedback to continuously refine the digital experience.
• Operations and Technology
  Oversee the management and performance of Sunnystep’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring uptime, security, and scalability.

  Manage logistics and fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Digital Marketing Collaboration
  Work closely with the marketing team to execute paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  Develop and optimize retargeting, loyalty, and referral programs to engage customers.
  Monitor and improve the effectiveness of digital advertising spend.
• Data and Analytics
  Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  Develop and present regular performance reports to the leadership team, with actionable recommendations.
  Use data insights to guide product merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Team Leadership
  Build, lead, and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  Establish clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
  Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of e-commerce experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in consumer lifestyle brands preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
• Data-Driven: Proven ability to use data insights to drive decision-making and achieve measurable results.
• Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent project management and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
