Role summary:

They are looking for an ambitious individual with entrepreneurial spirit to join our Commercial – Origination team with a focus in Structuring and Solutioning. The individual will have a positive and friendly attitude with three primary areas of responsibilities

(1) developing client value proposition in the space of supply chain finance

(“SCF”) and receivables finance (“RF”);

(2) Managing business and deal enablement;

(3) Leading end-to-end deal execution

Responsibilities:

(1) Developing client value proposition

 Co-develop SCF and RF product (“Product”) strategy based on market insights, existing gaps, and exploring opportunities along with Corporate Coverage.

 Develop bespoke transaction structures which fulfils client needs and address clients’ pain points with appropriate risk mitigation solutions for internal stakeholders and investors.

 Provide market feedback to Trade Product team to develop or enhance product and system.

(2) Managing business and deal enablement

 Lead the deal team to ensure timely achievement of execution timeline and escalate gaps to deal team.

 Liaise with clients and internal teams to conduct corporate and transactional due diligence.

 Embed quality in all document touchpoints – developing related investor materials, writing internal deal memos/approvals, etc.

 Drive and handle partnerships with other fintech players in the ecosystem

(3) Leading end-to-end deal execution

 Support Corporate Coverage on all product related aspects of prospecting and client pitch.

 Provide product expertise and coordinate with other internal teams to structure bespoke solutions.

 Lead all aspects of deal execution, including partnering closely with Risk, Legal, D&I to ensure timely and seamless execution of a deal mandate.

 Preparing deal review notes and following it through to the approval process.

Role specific technical competencies:

o Knowledge of SCF and RF products and related risks, including but not limited to credit risk, fraud risk, FCC risk, legal risks and etc.

o Experience in cross-functional project management

o Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

o Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., excel, word, PowerPoint)

o Proficient in English is a must and in other languages is a plus

Qualifications (training, licences, memberships and certifications):

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Lead marketing consultants to Domino’s international Master Franchisees to influence strong marketing strategies in all markets to grow and protect the brand while providing brand guardrails and principles. Team responsibility is at market/master franchisee level not at store level and therefore must have experience setting strategies, building plans, and ensuring execution while working and influencing at a C-suite level. This individual will report to the VP of International Marketing.

Educating

Leads, educates, and foster long term development of marketing consultants to:

· Educate and consult markets on creating comprehensive marketing strategies based on the “Domino’s way” of doing marketing with a long-term growth in mind.

· Ensure marketing strategy is connected to business strategy and that investments are prioritized accordingly

· Consult with markets in tracking KPIs for critical metrics based on global benchmarks and suggests ways to reach said KPIs

· Consult with Master Franchisees on a robust e-commerce plan, including but not limited to optimization of owned e-commerce platforms (OLO, mobile, app), performance media (display, affiliate, paid social, SEM, and others), and image-driving media (owned, display, social, etc.) working closely with the digital team.

· Demonstrate marketing leadership skills with franchisee marketing teams and wider business.

· Lead discussions with the master franchisees to set up the long-term vision of the business to ensure profitable growth.

Building

Provide guidance and feedback as well as work alongside the regional marketing team and the marketing services team to build tools, case studies, principles, and guidelines to better consult markets.

· Solicit and manage collection, analysis and communication of case studies related to calendar management, advertising, and NAF (national advertising fund) spend.

· Regularly assess market performance to ensure key consulting topics are prioritized.

Area of responsibilities

1) Provide full support in discreet of personal and secretarial to Director.

2) Ensure highest confidential level when dealing with all matters, safekeeping documents and filings.

3) Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.

4) Manage and schedule meetings and appointments (send out calender invites).

5) Provider reminders of important task and deadlines.

6) Take minutes of meeting and follow up action if required.

7) Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.

8) Prepare proposal based on director's guide.

9) Assist on paperwork and administrative tasks assigned by Director.

10) Coordinate company’s events such as planning activities, meal arrangements, etc.

11) Provide support on all HR matters & activities, when required.

12) Run errands as requested, when required.

13) Provide assistance for personal errands and tasks assigned.

14) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency requirements

1) Minimum requirement of Diploma.

Job Scope:

· Is agile and up to date on regulation changes and assesses their impact on the EPD business and products.

· Monitors and disseminates information on changes related to HSA and APAC (laws & regulations affecting registration, manufacture, and distribution) to regional/global RA and the commercial team.

· Develops and provides registration strategies with its timeline, way to accelerate, anticipate potential risks with mitigation plan of assigned products/projects handling complicated issues, seeking guidance where appropriate.

· Handling new product submissions and product lifecycle management, variations, through authority, and cross-functional engagement to ensure input from cross-functional team members and issues regional regulatory plans as appropriate.

· Prepares and maintains local SOPs and policies relevant to Regulatory Affairs to comply with the company's Global SOPs & policies and local regulation.

· Provides regulatory input and support for marketing plans, product launches, and other cross-functional activities.

· Reviews, and provides input and approval on local promotional materials, product information, packaging, and labels to ensure regulatory compliance.

· Maintains and strengthens good relationships with the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore (HSA).

· Liaises and negotiates with the relevant authorities to facilitate and secure expeditious regulatory approvals.

· Attendance at project teams representing APAC EPD RA of assigned products/projects as appropriate.

· Manage strategy for responding to regulatory agency queries, ensuring scientific dossier content and consistency of scientific content and Company position across APAC.

· Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of documentation.

· Manage the preparation and review of technical strategic regulatory documentation for agency submission.

· Monitor actual vs planned activities and timelines.

· Identify issues impacting project progression and work with the other functions and reporting line to recommend improvements to correct or accelerate project progression

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry including OTC, Health supplements, Pharma, and vaccines.

· Required Singapore registered Pharmacist who has access to PRISM (HSA online system).

· Exposure or experience to regional RA is highly preferable.

· Strategic & conceptual thinking, intrapreneurship, prioritization.

· Agility, initiative, integrity, risk-taking, the anticipation of potential issues with mitigation proposal.

· Detailed and able to handle ambiguities.

· Leadership, and collaborative work with cross-functional & cross-level, project management skills.

· Fluent in both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with all levels of management and across different cultural backgrounds.

· Knowledge of local & APAC regulations.

· Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
