RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the day-to-day beneficiary marketing program to capture additional export-LC revenue, increase document capture rate, and drive increased volume of FI programs. This includes getting access to systems and reports to help with information gathering.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-performing & dynamic Sales Director managing & delivering revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, large multi-year deals.

As Sales Director, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. Sales head duties will include growing a hungry Sales team, achieving annual targets, building relationships, and growing the company. Initially the geographical focus will be Singapore and then expand to Southeast Asia.

• Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win – mostly new clients
• Consultative Engagement with CXOs of target clients
• Oversee a team of Sales leaders and get the best outcome in terms of winning large deals, managing CXO relationships and have customer stickiness
• Work with internal solution, delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, contract negotiation
• Understand Infosys Compaz solutions and services
• Provide appropriate solutions to the clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of clients
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Present, promote and sell services using “solid sales plans” to existing and prospective customers
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 12 years of professional sales experience with Strategic Accounts within Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Previous experiences gained from IT systems integration, managed services or software and services companies
• Demonstrated success in solutions selling, as opposed to transactional goods and services, and meeting or exceeding targets to drive deals >SGD 50 million
• Possess existing C-level relationships that can be leveraged upon to open new accounts
• Able to communicate, present and influence all levels of organisation including to Executive and C-level
• Able to drive the sales process from Plan to Close
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

-Analyze market trends and competitors in the education space to adapt business strategies accordingly.
-Represent the company at education-related conferences and events to build networks and increase visibility.
-Monitor and report on the success of business development activities, adjusting strategies as needed.


Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within business development or education management.
-Proven track record of successful business development and revenue growth in the education sector.
