[Qualifications]

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 3+ years of working experience in a senior leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.

· Strong understanding of Korean food, culture, and dining customs.

· Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including food safety standards, supply chain management, and market trends.

· Ability to inspire and lead teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Korean language is preferred to effectively communicate with Korean staffs and Korean customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Overall responsible for overall student recruitment business development
2. Drive revenue targets and strives towards higher revenue goals set by the Board
3. Full responsibility of Profit & Loss and budgets for market in-charged
4. Oversees the development and maintain relationships with education collaborations, agents and partnership alliances for the market
5. Drive initiatives and work with the principal and academic on product development to develop new markets
6. Work with all department to ensure smooth operations of business
7. Participate in all strategic planning and activities of the Institute
8. Maintain integrity and good reputations of the Institution
9. Overseas travel (80% or more)
10. Other adhoc duties as and when needed or assigned by management
