What the day will look like

This is a key relationship role offering specialist knowledge while providing outstanding client service and product delivery across designated accounts, on both an individual and team basis.

The Content & Partnerships Director is responsible for leading and executing client’s content and partnerships campaigns across all relevant channels from planning through to production, implementation and post-campaign reporting.

You will be an active participant in developing work that inspires, motivates, engages and creates commercial action. Always looking to challenge “mediocrity.”

Job Responsibilities

• Lead in the creation, conception, and presentation of campaign strategy and integrated content marketing campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with clients, external contacts and service providers to become a trusted partner.
• Generates creative thinking for content and partnership opportunities
• Ensures seamless implementation of campaigns and that delivery is executed to the same standard as proposed within planning recommendation
• Takes a proactive approach to defusing client problems, potential or actual, keeping the Business Lead informed and requests assistance if required.
• Analysing campaign performance and reporting back to clients on campaign results.
• An engaging, influential and supportive team member – working effectively with other team members and direct reports.
• Manages client expectations and timelines externally and internally
• Demonstrates proactivity on client campaigns/projects
• Maintains knowledge of content and partnerships environment sharing industry advances and changes
• Manages project finances to demonstrate exemplary client accounting and billing processes.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified, supplemented by 6+ years of related industry experience. Content and partnerships experience preferred.
• Strong thinker comfortable working at all levels of an organisation, who can participate in senior discussions regarding business and communications strategy
• Able to deliver broad business thinking as well as having the ability to deliver against processes and attention to detail that come with accounts of this scale
• Ability to challenge others (internal, client or creative agency) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcome
• Shows leadership qualities – leads by example, builds positive culture
• Confident presenter at large meetings/conferences in an articulate and clear manner
• Ability to foster agency culture and cross agency collaboration and integration
• Ability to communicate effectively in English. Mandarin speaker also preferred.
