General Responsibilities

Local Product Registration

o Prepare and submit product registration documentation and other relevant licences’ application

o Ensure and maintain product approvals and licenses where applicable

o Perform regulatory assessment and clearance to order blockage related to regulatory matters

o Support business partners in new product registration, re-registration, renewal and amendment

o Support Sales, Marketing and regulatory related areas

Regional Product Registration

o Maintain product registration records and databases to ensure proper documentation and record filing

o Maintain the knowledge and awareness of current applicable regulations and standards

o Support business partners in new product registration, renewals and amendments

o Support Sales, Marketing and all regulatory related areas

o Assisting the operational tasks as required

New Life Student Care is catered to Primary school-going children, 7 – 12 years of age. Our mission is to mentor children to become disciplined and confident individuals through providing Holistic Engagement at our three centres.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the quality & operations of centre.
• Lead and guide Staff, build a positive, friendly and supportive centre culture.
• Source & plan engaging activities and holiday programmes for children.
• Plan Character-Building Programmes.
• Build good rapport with parents, volunteers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and refer children and families to appropriate assistance when necessary.
• Inter-departments Collaboration to provide programmes which meet children’s needs.

Rate: Monthly Gross Salary 1.8k -2.5k (40 hour week) + AWS annually. Note: If you can only do some days a week, contact us for further information on the rate.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10.30pm – 7.00pm during school term;

Operating hours during school holidays: 8am – 7pm. Rotation shifts will be scheduled during school holidays.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

• Main Teacher for Coaching and Classroom management for Primary 1-3 students.
• Must be able to help with Primary 1-3 Chinese homework and 听写.
• Conduct core lessons, tuition and enrichment programmes according to the Centre’s curriculum.
• Marking of assignments and enrichment worksheets.
• Provide care for students in dropping and picking up service from school.
• Ensure the well-being of all children in the centre.
• Collate feedback from all stakeholders including parents, students, school, teachers and other Centre employees.
• Assist with the planning of programmes and workshops for the students.
• Tuition during student care hours for lower primary students may be required.
• Other adhoc admin duties as required.

Preferred qualifications:

· Cheerful and love working with children.

· Must be able to help with P1-P3 Chinese homework.

Job Roles & Responsibilities.

• Supervises and guides primary school students in their school homework, spelling and revision in at least three subjects (Math /English/ Science)
• Provides a positive, nurturing, safe & secure learning environment for students
• Maintains order in the classroom and ensure students' safety, welfare and security protocols are met at all times
• Conducts in-house enrichment classes and ensure lesson plans are delivered
• Marking of written work from enrichment programmes
• Maintains regular communication with parents on their children’s development
• Provides support in dismissal and any centre duties

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess at least a good GCE 'O' Levels, ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
• Candidates with a WSQ Student Care certification will have an advantage
• Cheerful, patient and passionate when dealing with children
• Some relevant experience such as student care/ tutoring, and certification in student care would be advantageous
• Keen to teach young children between the ages of 7-12
• Possess genuine care for children and desire to nurture them holistically
• Good communication skills in order to liaise with the parents and students
