About the role

Reporting to the CEO and being part of the executive team, QIP is looking to appoint a Finance Director with strong experience in real estate and funds management. The Board is looking for a high calibre individual currently in a senior finance role seeking to step into Finance Director role or a new FD with scope for this individual to grow into the future CFO of the business in parallel with business growth.

As a member of the senior management team, the FD will have overall fiscal and financial operational responsibility across the Group as well as its investment management, development management and asset management business pillars. The overall role and responsibilities include:

The successful candidate should:

• Be a qualified accountant with at least 15 years of experience.
