Director
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily operations and overall management of the company
- Collaborates with senior management executives to create long-term strategy for the company and ensure company’s vision, mission, and objectives align with the company’s operations and growth plan
- leads the senior management team and oversees the implementation of the company’s strategies, policies, and business plans.
- cultivates a positive corporate culture, motivates employees, and ensures effective communication across all levels of the company
- develops relationships with stakeholders, including business partners and government bodies
- Ensures the company’s financial health by working closely with the finance team to create and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and review financial statements.
- Monitors the company’s financial performance and implements measures to optimize profitability, cost-efficiency, and growth.
- Identifies potential risks to the business and implements strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Ensures that the company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provides regular updates and reports to the board of directors on company performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Makes critical decisions regarding the direction of the company and operational improvements.
- Explores for new business opportunities, partnerships, or market expansions to drive growth and improve competitive advantage.
- Encourages innovation within the company to keep pace with changing market demands and technological advancements.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and focuses on building long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related discipline, with senior management background.
· Extensive leadership experience in senior manager roles
· Knowledge in technology and experience in multiple functions to understand the broader business
· Ability to lead, set clear goals and manage both people and processes effectively.
· Ability to make decision and solve problem, strategic thinking for long term vision, market dynamics, deep understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and managing profitability.
· Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, for negotiate and communicate with all stakeholders.
· Proven results in previous roles, especially in driving growth, profitability or operational excellence
