Overview

The Project Manager, Regulatory Affairs, plays a pivotal role in driving APACMed's Regulatory Affairs (RA) agenda across the Asia-Pacific region. Committee Agenda and Leadership:

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

Advanced degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Public Health, Health Policy, or a related medical/scientific discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs, policy advocacy, healthcare strategy, or a related field, with a preference for regional roles in the MedTech or broader healthcare industry.

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in directorial capacity in the fintech industry
• Experience with international financial trading markets ie. Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong will be a plus

PURPOSE:

The role of an Associate Director/ Director is to manage Business Development activity, Client Management and Candidate Management so as to achieve and exceed individual budgeted revenue and contribute to BTI Executive Search Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for driving your verticals including but not limited to cross-selling to other business vertical within BTI Executive Search Singapore while working closely with your Practise Leader and the senior management team to achieve your individual revenue targets.
• Identify new clients, build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing key clients to bring in regular and new businesses; also, to increase our corporate presence and branding within the marketplace.
• Provide specialist advice on your specialisation to your clients and candidates

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Degree/MBA holder – any discipline
• At least 8 years’ experience from within the executive search industry with exposure from key industries (e.g. Technology, Banking & Finance, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas / Petrochemical, FMCG). At least 2 years overall managerial / supervisory experience.

Job Description:

-Overall responsible for all operations components of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations

• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software.
