Job Description

• Full cycle of Student Enrolment process
• Respond to enquiries received from parents regarding the status of their children’s application.
• Arrange a variation to the student pass with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA).
• Purchase insurance fee protection scheme for all new students and continuing students and advise students regarding the scheme.
• Prepare appeal letters to ICA for international students who are refused a student pass.
• Arrange for student passes to be collected at ICA once they have been approved.
• Advise TMC’s airport pick-up and accommodation service of the dates of student arrivals, as necessary.
• Arrange for medical check-ups and accommodation for international students, where required.
• Process international students upon arrival advising them regarding ICA rules of attendance, citing their original documents and other details, as appropriate.
• Review the student pass and FPS purchased to correspond to the new course enrolment.
• Assist in all internal assessments and audits.
• Ensure the workflow of the operations is being completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor the processes followed by the team to ensure that TMC policies and procedures are observed.
• Monitor the student file tracking system to ensure that student files are not lost or misplaced.
• Any other duties, as directed by your supervisor

Requirements

• At least Diploma with working experience in administration field or equivalent
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, well spoken in Hindi is a plus
• Organised and work with a sense of urgency
• Good customer service skills

• Willing to take initiative and accountability
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Word & Excel

Job Description

• Work with team members to maintain the website with a focus on improving Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web functionality.
• Responsible for hardware and software installation and maintenance (ie. system backup, apply latest system patches, software upgrades and hardware troubleshooting).
• Ensure organization’s data and infrastructure is protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure the security and efficiency of AI systems.
• Develop end to end web based applications/projects.
• Work closely and communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Self-driven, motivated and responsible individuals who take pride in their work.

Requirements:

• Current University Undergraduate in Computing Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge in Python, Wordpress, HMTL and SQL, etc
• Experience in hands-on computer software/IT technical work will be a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-disciplined, independent and able to work in dynamic environment

Working hours:

• 10-15 hours per week
• At least 5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

Salary:

• $10 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)
