Roles and Responsibilities:

· Serve as primary coverage for educational contact person for the postgraduate programme.

· Assist and support the administration of Postgraduate Training Programmes.

· Assist and support the administration of medical seminars and workshops.

· Plan and administer programme onboarding, and orientation.

· Track all evaluations, monitor, and document compliance.

· Maintain documentation of all training records.

We are looking for a Special Needs and Inclusive Education Specialist to work with children aged 7 to 12. In this role, you will nurture and support students' growth, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborate closely with your team to ensure students’ well-being and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care and supervision for students with diverse learning needs.
• Plan and monitor IEPs, student progress, and activities.
• Organize daily routines, exercises, and activities for physical well-being, life skills, and hobbies.
• Foster positive communication with parents, caregivers, and staff about student progress.
• Participate in organization events and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Prior teaching experience is required.
• Experience in working with special needs individuals is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A strong passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities:

➢ Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.

➢ Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework

➢ Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.

➢ Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.

➢ Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.

➢ Conduct MindChamps' unique enrichment programmes.

➢ Being an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset.

➢ Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre

➢ Ensure safety of children within the premises

➢ Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director/Manager

Job Requirements:

➢ Degree or Diploma related to Education / Psychology / Child Pedagogy / Student Care Services with minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience with Primary school students (7- to 12-year-olds).

➢ Able to teach Upper Primary school subjects (familiar with primary school syllabus)

➢ Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.

➢ Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition

➢ Excellent communication and classroom management skills

➢ Team player

➢ IT Savvy

➢ Able to work on Saturdays for half day

Preferences:

➢ Strongly prefer candidates staying in the North of Singapore (Woodlands, Yishun, Sembawang)
