Role Description

This position is responsible for handling all customers’ requests – call-in, walk-in, breakdown recovery and enquiries to deliver prompt and highest level of 7 customer commitments and satisfaction.

• Ensure 100% conversion of service bookings intake / day & follow-up promptly with no-shows
• Check and ensure all proper documentation
• Attend to customers and vendors query for any dispute/discrepancies arise
• Prepare PO to suppliers / contractors
• Ensure 3 ways matching (Purchase Order vs Delivery Order if applicable vs Invoice) on dates, completeness and accuracy prior to submission to Business Control department

Other administrative duties:

• Track and monitor vendor invoices are received timely and in complete order. This is to avoid any further payment delay beyond agreed credit term
• Closely monitor and follow up debtors and liaise with relevant parties to ensure prompt payment and healthy debtors for the service department

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Advisor: Market Risk as part of operationalising and building out the Market Risk Management Framework for Rio Tinto Commercial. The role will work very closely with the Sales & Marketing, Digital and Finance teams.

Reporting to the Principal Advisor Market Risk Analytics

• Perform detailed data analytics to identify and explain risks and P&L drivers
• Create and report daily mark-to-market based P&L
• Support implementation of Risk Management Framework around VAR and Stress Test and other analysis applications

• Experience of programming/database languages in Python / VBA / SQL / R

• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicating with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs on their cars whenever necessary.
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Automotive Industry or with automotive technical knowledge will be an advantage.
• Obtain at least Class 3 Singapore Driving License.
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communications abilities.
