JOB CONTENT:

• Conduct regular account reviews with assigned Asia Sales Management to review key performing indicators, ensure proper account qualification, coverage, strategy and assignments in order to maximize revenue.
• Responsible for working with assigned Asia Sales Management to ensure their activities are aligned with corporate strategy.
• Analyze and prepare executive summaries for senior / executive management highlighting branch performance, staffs’ productivity levels and recommendations.
• Drive initiative / projects that directly contribute to enhancements in efficiency and increased profitability.
• Collaborate with counterparts in other territories to oversee the Global Transfer Business process, which tracks business moving from one territory to another. Work with global sales teams in order to facilitate the transfer process.
• Mediate inter-branch conflict regarding fair distribution of revenue credit as it relates to transfer business.
• Ensure proper implementation of Sales Operating Procedures and Best Business Practices.

CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

· Diploma / Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or Business Administration.

EXPERIENCES

· Preferably 1-2 years business working experience.

· 1 years auditing experience and min 1 years’ commercial finance experience (supporting sales and involved in sales reviews)

· Experience driving and managing change. Strong ability to sell ideas and get the “buy-in” of peers and branch management.

· Experience working with Senior leadership team

· Ability to analyze data and present findings to senior level management in a concise manner.

· Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team environment.

· Travelling may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Panasonic Group of Companies on logistics activities and manage business plan at regional level
• To oversee LSD function and involve in strategic planning of Logistics solutions
• To capture & analyze logistics KPI by country & by category for further actions
• To enhance regional logistics activities in alliance with NSC and Logistics Committee
• Promote APAC standard process and strategy of Supply Chain among NSC/Factory
• Work closely with respective logistics members and business units in APAC Region
• Analyze logistics cost and other KPIs for guiding to actions for achieving target
• Monthly Regional Activities Reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics or related disciplines
• Computer literacy especially on Excel, PowerPoint and Words at least intermediate
• Min 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, Logistics and/or shipping industry
• Travel from time to time is required

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in designing and maintaining a system of at least 500 man-days (system development effort), with the relevant skill setsin programming and development framework, integration, database, job scheduling and automation, document and content management, workflow management, and reporting. Familiar with Batch & online application design concepts & should have experience in handing large volume of data.

Main Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Design, Develop required applications using Microsoft technologies.

• Manage the team to ensure productivity and ensure effective and quality outputs.

• Manage the welfare of the team members.

• Ensure smooth day to day operations of the team.

• Responsible for the planning of the weekly work plan to ensure efficient productivity.

• Responsible for achieving his/her weekly work plan (targets) through tracking and ensure team hits dateline set out for the team.

• Take up ownership and drive through all issues faced by the team, e.g. address issues escalated from team members to resolve them in a prompt manner.

• Escalate to Group Lead in a timely manner when issues or problems cannot be resolved.

• Ensure that team members follow the AM(Application Maintenance) processes and perform periodic reviews to ensure consistency.

• Actively observe and highlight to Group Lead areas for improvement in AM processes.

• Provide technical guidance or mentorship to fellow team members.

• Provide timely feedback to team members to assist and develop team members in technical and functional specialties.

• Ensure high team morale and efficient/professional work attitude.

• Manage the production application source codes, configuration files, database changes, related documentation, etc for all modules under their charge. Review and approve any changes to these documents before checking into central repository.

• Take up the role of Group Lead in his/her absence when appointed.
