We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst specializing in Payment Frauds to join our team at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating payment fraud incidents, identifying vulnerabilities in payment systems, and implementing solutions to enhance the security and integrity of payment processes.

Fraud Detection and Analysis:

• Analyze payment fraud patterns and trends to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct detailed investigations into fraud incidents and document findings and recommendations.

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements related to payment fraud prevention.
• Define functional specifications for fraud detection systems and tools.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement fraud detection and prevention solutions.
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights, trends, and metrics related to payment fraud.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices for fraud prevention.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on fraud management initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Read, analyze, and summarize media coverage of important company issues
Inform the wider team on news cycles and policy issues domestically and internationally, and put them into their local context
Create reports with media insights (including visualization) to assess the impact of different news cycles and inform future strategy
Support the communications team in developing meaningful success metrics for its campaigns and initiatives across traditional (news) media outlets as well as owned, paid-for and earned social media activity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a media analysis, research, journalistic, communications or related role, or working for a media agency, media analysis firm, a media measurement platform or think tank
Must Have fluency in English and Japanese as this role requires liaison with Japanese speaking counterparts and clients
Familiarity with the media market in APAC
Experience owning multiple deliverables and working in a deadline driven environment
Experience in handling data sets and visualizing data a plus
Experience drafting messaging materials; writing news summaries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Broadcast, Political Science, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related field

As the Trading Operations Analyst APAC, you will be responsible for overseeing critical aspects of our trading operations in the APAC region during weekends (with an adapted schedule from Thursday to Monday for example). You will play a key role in shaping trading strategies, ensuring governance and compliance, and managing the daily operational activities of the trading team. • Excellent understanding of risk management and security protocols in the cryptocurrency industry.
