Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the contact center.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in contact center operations or technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or other contact center platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem and tools such as Lambda, DynamoDB, Lex, or S3.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of contact center metrics (e.g., CSAT, FCR, AHT) and reporting tools.
• Experience with integration technologies (e.g., APIs, CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk).
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

ABOUT THE ROLE – PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will join the investment & asset management teamto manage its portfolio of UK, US, and Japan real estate assets. Responsibilities

• Provide on-going monthly and quarterly portfolio level reports outlining investment performance by property and at the fund level – combining real estate performance and financial performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business or something equivalent, similar or relevant.
• Ideally with 2-3 years of experience in IB, M&A, investment management, or asset management. Real estate experience preferred but not required
• Understanding of basic finance concepts such as NOI, cash flow returns, internal rate of return, present value/discounted cash flow.
• Understanding of cash flow models – LBOs & DCFs, and adept at cash flow modelling

Job Description

• The candidate will be embedded with the enterprise onboarding platform’s corporate trust public relations support team for the purposes of the Incumbency Certificate (IC) / Authorized Signatory Lists (ASL) remediation project, where the candidate will be collecting updated ICs from all clients.
• As part of the IC collection process, the candidate will perform the review of the IC/ASL of clients, ascertain if due diligence is required as per local KYC regulations, and if so, ensure these signatories are entered into the KYC record for screening purposes.
• The candidate is also expected to help provide mitigating factors or additional description based off deal documents if a true screening hit is detected (e.g. PEP hits, negative news etc), and work with the team on the screening hits.
