SUMMARY

• Function as Demand & Supply Specialist to manage monthly operations, mid-long term sales forecasting for Indonesia
• Work closely with counterparts such as Pricing colleagues, cross functional team and Distributor to maximize sales with appropriate production in Indonesia

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create monthly Demand & Supply plan and negotiate with Distributor
• Explain Demand & Supply thinking way to cross function team so as to secure production allocation for future months
• Good overview of market, promotion activities and competitor situation to explain to internal stakeholders
• Visualize and summarize distributors requests for fleet / ad-hoc orders to ensure production supply
• Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
• Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasure with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge of demand & supply concept or working experience preferred in Automotive/Logistics
• Individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Powerpoint) to run analysis & visualization, reporting purposes etc.
• Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills with an eye for details

Job Description:

As a Football Coach Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing football matches, players, teams, and trends to provide insights and strategic recommendations that support decision-making for coaches, managers, and other key stakeholders. This role involves data collection, performance analysis, video analysis, and presenting findings in clear, actionable formats. You will contribute to the development of strategies, player scouting, and post-match analysis, helping to improve team performance and inform tactical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match Analysis: Break down live and recorded match footage to identify key patterns, player performance, tactical trends, and team dynamics.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Use advanced statistical tools and software to track player statistics, team performance metrics, and other key data points (e.g., possession, passes, tackles, shots on target).
• Pre-Match and Post-Match Reports: Prepare detailed pre-match analysis, offering insights into opponents’ strategies and players. Create comprehensive post-match reports that highlight key moments, performances, and areas of improvement.
• Tactical Analysis: Evaluate team formations, offensive and defensive strategies, set-pieces, transitions, and individual player roles within the team's tactical framework.
• Player Scouting: Analyze potential players for recruitment by assessing performance data, strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for the team’s needs.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Sports Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of UEFA or AFC ‘B’ coaching license equivalent.
• Experience:Proven experience in football analysis or sports analytics, preferably within a professional football club or sports organization.
  Experience with performance analysis software such as Hudl, Opta or Wyscout is highly desirable.
  Familiarity with video editing tools for match breakdowns (e.g., Sportscode or similar).
• Skills:Strong understanding of football tactics, formations, and in-game strategies.
  Expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from raw data.
  Proficiency with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to create clear and effective reports.
  Ability to analyze and interpret football data with precision, providing actionable insights.
  Strong communication skills to present complex information to coaches, players, and other stakeholders in a clear, understandable manner.

Requirements

• Good leadership quality, to be able to plan, coordinate and execute projects independently as well as in a team
