Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for liaising with Engineering team on technical drawings, layout and clients specifications, clarifying system isometric drawings, equipment foundation drawings, drawing of parts, material lists and additional drawings for production support
• Prepares planned schedule for logistic and manpower arrangements under the supervision of senior team members and responsible for the product hierachy in outfitting installation
• Performs supervision on site to ensure outfitting installation work have been safely and appropriately executed according to the arrangement and coordination plans and sequence in outfitting production
• Coordinates with other production team members, subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical issues on-site which affect the outfitting schedule and project deliverables
• Liaises with QA/QC, owners, statutory and classification authorities for completed outfitting installation inspection and acceptance (i.e.piping systems, HVAC, electrical cabling, fitting equipment and equipment foundation) to sign off completion
• Performs on-site checks on the recorded checklists, ensuring the information is accurate and generates reports on work progress for senior team members’ review
• Maintains a high level of efficiency, ensuring good housekeeping, resource optimisation and effective material management to continuously improve the execution of outfitting scope of work
• Continually improves and implements safe work environment, efficient and effective methods for reducing project man-hours, costs and improving schedule
• Identifies, trouble-shoots problems and performs root cause analysis study on recurring cases of defects by resolving to corrective and preventive measures to improve process performance
• Works with other Production team members as required to achieve functional objectives and deadlines
• Provides support in various projects as required to promote cross-functional learning and development, balance team workload and enhance overall team productivity
• Incorporates HSEQ work cultures and best practices to ensure the successful implementation of HSEQ management systems
• Maintains and executes HSEQ procedures, policies and programmes and drives continuous improvement through risk-based thinking and analysis
• Supports the conduct of HSEQ management system audits to ensure compliance with legislations and company policies

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marine/ Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines

· 3 years of working experience in planning and construction of outfitting scope of work in the oil and gas industry

· Experience in engineering outfitting activities in marine engineering projects

· Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)

· Knowledge and experience in the interpretation of outfitting diagrams, general mechanical drawings and its elements to deliver class approved documents and drawings

· Knowledge of engineering analysis techniques and tools/software applications (i.e.3D modeling software such as Cadmatic or Aveva Marine etc.)

· Familiar with material and equipments (i.e.main engine, generator, pump, deck machinery, mooring equipment, switchboard, etc.) used in outfitting design

· Some knowledge and experience in site inspection standards, class rules requirements and industry codes

As a Retrofit Engineer, you will be in charge of BoM and technical support for Pressure Safety Valves (Consolidated) and Control Valves (Masoneilan). You will also provide a global engineering support focused on Channel Partners and Aftermarket Centers for the selection, repair, maintenance, and replacement of Masoneilan and Consolidated products.

As a Retrofit Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Executing design and analysis of assigned projects to develop valves meeting customer application needs, specification requirements, complying with local design/product standards.
• Reviewing customer specifications and “translating” customer specification in to order instructions for manufacturing of valves.
• Providing Retrofit solutions, with bills of material, drawing information, test specifications and processing instructions to meet quality and manufacturing requirements.

Job Descriptions

1. Manage the day-to-day sales activities for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool) within the designated sales territory so as to achieve the sales target set by management.
2. Monitor, regulate and direct the activities of the sales representatives to maximize the market opportunities.
3. To make forecasts / targets regularly and to monitor performance of the sales team in relation to these forecasts. Manager is expected to make directions for the team to achieve these sales targets
4. To drive new marketing promotion efforts and to work with EC on the implementing the marketing and promotions efforts for the semiconductor manufacturing equipment products (e.g. CMP tool)
5. To make, develop and manage the localized marketing and sales program for the sales territory.
6. To communicate with the sales team to understand customer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
7. To work with EC to set the industry pricing level.
8. To manage the SAP ERP system for monitoring the progress of quotations, purchase orders, delivery and invoicing of customers.
9. To work closely with EC on the new accounts and new products, using the local team to win new contracts.

Job Requirements
