In this position, you will join our Transport, Land & Water business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

• Provide comprehensive design and project management services to clients, including preliminary & detailed design of Water projects including roadworks, earthworks, sewerage, water, and drainage.
• Carry out design calculations and produce sketch drawings, preparation of tender documents and proposals. Write, consolidate, and review technical reports of water projects and studies.
• Lead and delegate tasks within a workgroup, act as a technical expert to mentor other engineers within the team, while supervising and coordinating to ensure quality and accuracy of designs.
• Ensure compliance with Project Design Criteria/Client Brief/ Approved Concept, as well as relevant design standards and office standards.
• Assist in business development activities and establish good working relationship with local authorities at the project and local market level.

• Recognized Civil Engineering qualification or related field (Bachelor/ Master’s degree).
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional design experience in the field of civil works design preferably in roads, drainage, and sewerage projects of PUB, JTC, HDB, URA, LTA, etc.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of civil related regulation, standards, and reference of design – such as Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and statutory requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB etc.), with hands on experience in usage of Civil Engineering Software.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
• Energetic, proactive, and reliable team player with excellent communication and project coordination skills.

• Taking responsibility for projects from initial design, through to construction and final review.
• Working in collaboration with other design disciplines, locally and regionally to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
• Managing projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications.
• Assisting in workload management and resource forecasting and involved in preparation of proposal documentation.
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, recognizing, and developing potential business opportunities.

What can you bring to the team?

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 10 to 12 years’ relevant experience in Buildings Mechanical Design and commissioning of M&E systems in modern commercial and industrial buildings. Data Centre Experience will be preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead project team members on technical delivery. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Sufficient experience to demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices.
• Organised approach and ability to accept increased responsibility and produce accurate and detailed work.
• High level of computer literacy and exposure to BIM / Revit will be highly desired, with advanced problem-solving skills through investigation and analysis.

We are seeking a talented Senior Back-end Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of back-end systems that support our business operations and mobile game platforms. Your expertise in web technologies, will help us build and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance internal systems that drive our business forward.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and build for internal systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of back-end systems with front-end platforms and databases.
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of back-end systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, ensuring high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in more programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python and PHP. Candidates with Java or Golang experience are preferred
• Familiar with common Internet technologies, including but not limited to Linux systems and principles, MySQL, RPC, MQ, caching technologies, and microservice architectures, experience with API development and integration is essential
• Strong understanding of business needs with a track record of leading or contributing to large-scale software platform projects, particularly in process systems and middleware development, experience with user growth (paid acquisition) system is advantageous
• Experience working with Javascript, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying and solving technical challenges, and driving solutions within the team.
• Ability to work closely with team members and facilitate issue resolution, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.

• Ensure that the civil and structural design and construction works comply with all the relevant Statutory acts, Regulations and Engineering Codes of Practice.
• Prepare submissions and clear authorities requirements which will include drawings, design calculations and report writing and other relevant material to meet the submission requirements.
• Monitor and ensure the submission schedules are met
• Preparation of tender specifications and documentations
