What you will do:

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be reports to the Logistics & Distribution Program Management/OPEX Leader, APAC. The incumbent is required to provide operational support to the L&D organization in the area of planning, reporting, logistics and distribution cost analysis and modelling, work closely with material planning team to conduct supply planning optimization analysis, operation efficiency analysis, budgeting and project management. The Supply Chain (SC) Manager develops, conducts, and improves the in-market supply chain include but are not limited to Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products inbound to the LOC and outbound to its first trade customers in order to achieve optimal Customer Service levels and to maximize the On-Time-In-Full KPI, thereby supporting the commercial ambition. • Support the Project Management and QAQC teams in the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP)/CONQUAS/Quality Mark/Quality Management plans
• Ensure strict compliance with various Contractual QAQC Requirements conforming to Project requirements
• Oversee the renewal audits & surveillance certification audits of existing ISO 9001 certifications to the latest versions
• Act as main liaison party with external certifying body on all ISO certifications related to Quality
• Oversee the continuous operations of the In house Academy with HR department to upskill and train all employees internally through in-house courses/training
• Conduct site-based Quality-related training to promote quality culture, better knowledge and awareness among project site staff

Requirement:

• Possess a recognized Engineering Degree with certification and equivalent
• Preferably BCA CONQUAS / QM manager certification , Internal ISO 9001 Auditor certification is a plus point

About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust engineering team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join us on this journey. In this role, you will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will be working on the electrical interfaces of our robot from the design and development phase all the way to manufacturing. You will be developing these solutions alongside our clinical KOLs to produce and test the parts and subsystems that will eventually be integrated into the robotic system. Throughout the process, you will also be involved in the verification and validation testing phase such as producing testers, generating test protocols and reports. Your role will require you to work in close tandem with our external partners and suppliers.

Your responsibilities shall include the following:

• Involved in the establishment of the robotic system’s design requirements according to users’ needs.
• Design and develop hardware system architecture and electrical systems based on set requirements.
• Generate schematics and electrical diagrams following respective standards and best practices.
• Source, evaluate and troubleshoot components, PCBAs, wire harnesses and subsystems.
• Assist in developing test protocols and reports to verify various subsystems and the main system.
• Involved in developing testers and test tools for verification tests.

Your Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Electrical, Embedded Systems, Robotic Engineering, or related fields.
• Skilled in PCB design software such as Altium Designer or other similar tools.
• Experience in circuit design with ARM MCUs is essential.
• Hands-on experience with embedded communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, TCP.
• Knowledge of embedded platforms such as MCUs (STM32), DSP, FPGA will be advantageous.
• Adept at utilizing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Hands-on experience with soldering equipment and crimpers preferred.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and Linux will be an advantage.

TUMCREATE is a multidisciplinary research platform of the Technical University Munich (TUM) at the Singapore Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE). We are joining forces with universities, public agencies, and industry for the advancement of future technologies.

A new multi-disciplinary project named “Centre for Energy & Emissions Modelling (CE2M) Phase 2” hosted by A*Star with TUMCREATE as one of their partners has been launched. The overall goal of this project is to provide policymakers with a toolbox to explore pathways to “net zero” in Singapore. Objective of the position:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer who will work on building interfaces between models and to expand existing models to facilitate model coupling. This is a 24-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.
