Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Define and Document Equipment process requirement and specification.
• Perform Process characterization to optimize critical process paths in order to meet equipment specification.
• Review, simplify and optimize Internal Buy Off specification for equipment together with Quality Assurance Department.
• Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance Equipment capability.
• Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to trouble-shoot and resolve process-related issues
• Support other internal departments to handle customers’ process related issues and recommend technical solutions
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and conduct process capability studies
• Transfer process knowledge to in house Engineers and Technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Equipment UPH projection calculation base on specific process parameter.

Requirements:

• Degree in Production / Mechanical / Material Science Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in an equipment manufacturing environment with a process engineering and background
• Strong interest in the development of new manufacturing processes
• Experience in process design and control in the area of laser marking process.
• Knowledge in Material Science will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in cycle time calculation.
• Trained in SPC, DOE and other statistical tools

Responsibilites:

- Assist Project Manager in design and planning.

- Assist in project coordination and supervision.

- Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.

- Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and local authorities.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

- Preferably 2 years of working experience in Electrica industry.

- Working experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building project.

- Ability to write /understand engineering reports.

- Knowledge in using AutoCad.

- Have excellent problem solving skills.

- Able to work in independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.

- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Words.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with manufacturers, designers, and engineers to deploy audiovisual and video conferencing solutions, adhering to company standards and best practices to meet customer requirements.
• Handle system configuration, testing, and commissioning for pro-audio solutions in large venues and corporate meeting rooms, ensuring integration with other audiovisual and video conferencing solutions.
• Conduct end-user training sessions on implementing and utilizing the solutions.
• Work closely with in-house AV designers and engineers, partnering with various manufacturers like Martin Audio, EV, D&B, BOSE, Samsung, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc. Implement fully integrated solutions for various venues, including meeting rooms, lecture halls, experience centers, command centers, auditoriums, and ballrooms.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Pro-Audio solution that includes all of such equipment: Microphone, Mixing console, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker.
• Must have min 2 years in DSP programming.

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and source suppliers for both direct and indirect materials/services to expand the supplier base and meet new project and production requirements.

• Diploma holders should have at least 2 years of experience in sourcing components and fabrication parts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Job scope
Generate M&E co-ordination shop drawings.
Evaluate and resolve M&E problems with consultants and sub-contractors.
Attend principal meetings with client and consultants.
Prepare M&E progress report or any other reports required by the client or consultants.
Collect operational manuals from suppliers / sub-contractors on completion of project for submission.
Check and ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Collaborate with site engineer to resolve problem and co-chair meeting monthly.
Propose risk assessments based on tender drawings and documents.
Develop VCED, including cost-effective solutions for M&E.
Review M&E work schedules and lead times to create suitable project schedules using Microsoft Project (or equivalent) for tender projects.
Assist in tendering work by proposing appropriate architectural and C&S solutions, including necessary plinths, access panels, structural openings, dog houses, make-good areas, and other related elements.
Attend site surveys and ensure proper methods of statement and material shifting are in place.
Review all VOs on-site and evaluate costs based on POs and tender clarifications.
Collaborate with the Planning and QS Departments on related matters.
Prepare Tender presentation slides and present M&E-related items to the client during interviews.
Full M&E functions as designated and not limits to other general assigned duties.
