Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting yield improvement, driving, and managing the continuous yield and quality improvement for various devices.
• Responsible for having close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and communicate technical product status to management.
• Responsible for following up with Foundries and test subcontractors to resolve low yield/reliability issues.
• Responsible for monitoring of parameter test and wafer sorting yield with in-depth analysis using various statistical data analysis tools and understand on semiconductor process knowledge, e.g., inline d0, ET, CPK etc.
• Develops failure analysis methodologies as required for assigned projects to enable rapid problem solving with support of internal and external parties.

Requirements:

• Degree/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related discipline.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in at least one of the technological areas: Natural language generation, named entity recognition, machine translation, question answering, knowledge graph, information extraction, text mining and classification etc.

Preferred Qualifications

- Computer vision, facial recognition, multimodal learning, object detection & tracking, image classification etc.

- Machine learning, transfer learning, graph embedding, representative learning, large-scale optimization, recommendation, reinforcement learning, etc.

- Work experience in e-commerce or Internet industry is preferred.
