Description
Ā· Technical & Helpdesk Support, IT/Computer - Hardware, IT/Computer Network/System/Database Admin, IT/Computer - Hardware
Ā· Installation and configuration of office broadband, firewalls, servers, routers, and workstations, as well as office relocation
Ā· Server and Storage Consolidation, Data Protection and Retention
Ā· Virtualization and Cloud Computing Solutions. Inventory control of laptops and licenses and maintain serial numbers.
Ā· To initiate approval and asset write-offs for IT equipment.
Ā· Monitoring, assigning, and purchase requisition laptops and licenses.
Ā· Evaluate the various PCs and laptops' performance and support levels, and make any required recommendations for future purchases.
Ā· Assist with technical and help desk issues.
Ā· Setup a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Ā· End-user support (Remote Access, Teamviewer support)
Ā· Conduct an internal compliance audit on a regular basis to prevent illegal software and program downloads.
Ā· Coordination of IT Compliance and Audits
Ā· Review and improve company IT Policy
Ā· Drive Security Awareness
Ā· Keep laptops in good working order for troubleshooting, security, and other purposes.
Ā· Responsible for cybersecurity of our system
Requirement:
Ā· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and /or with IT-related discipline in relevant professional certifications.
Ā· Minimum of three years' experience working in an IT security-related capacity, with a thorough awareness of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
Ā· Automation Champion. Network Supervision.
