KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Establish the optimal production volumes based on demand, analyzing rough cut capacity, resource planning and detailed equipment planning.

· Create Supply Plan at site level which incorporate production plan and release plans to ensure that the production plans are accurately reflected in ERP System.

· Assess the impact of production plan on the budget operation costs and inventory.

· Work with MSAT function to ensure new product transfers and CMC activities are planned as per customers’ requirement.

· Manage the sites delivery schedule on time in full (OTIF), ensuring that product is produced, released & shipped on time.

· Ensure high “Customer Service Level” ensuring up to date information with customers regarding delivery promises and inventory levels.

· Ensure direct communication with Customers / next point of supply chain, plant-internal and -external stakeholders & partners with regard to internal changes.

· Represent the point of contact for follow-up on time delivery dates and quantities & escalating changes related to supply.

· Optimize local planning processes such as lead times, planning policies and production frequencies to increase the efficiency of the production unit.

· Own and manage the planning parameters in ERP System like MOQ, campaign size, product segmentation.

· Manage procurement activities related to buying of pharmaceuticals ingredients and packing components in accordance with Company requirements and industry compliance.

· Support capital projects with budget more than US$10-20 millions in procurement of machineries and related engineering services.

· Conduct Request For Quotation (RFQ) and work with relevant department on final vendor selection

· Identify and develop purchasing strategies to meet internal stakeholders and external customers’ requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

About the Role:
We are seeking an AI Engineer specializing in NLP to join our core tech team. You will develop and refine NLP and speech recognition models to power our fintech solutions. Working side-by-side with Product, Backend, and overseas engineering counterparts, you will help bring cutting-edge language technologies to life, delivering improved user experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, train, and optimize NLP models (e.g., language models, entity recognition, sentiment analysis) using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Algorithm Innovation: Explore and implement state-of-the-art NLP techniques, keeping current with research and best practices in the industry.
• Data Pipeline & Integration: Collaborate with Backend Developers and overseas engineering teams to integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Performance Tuning & Evaluation: Continuously evaluate model performance, conduct error analysis, and fine-tune algorithms to meet product and business objectives.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document your work comprehensively, and mentor or guide team members in AI best practices as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in AI/ML engineering, with demonstrated experience in NLP projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and familiar with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with modern NLP techniques (e.g., Transformers) is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into technical solutions and optimize models for real-world fintech applications.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product and overseas engineering partners.
• Able to communicate in mandarin to work with chinese-speaking counterparts.

Job Description:

• Design FA project inclusive of tooling, artwork, material and process.
• Draft drawing for making of tooling and artwork.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding the making of tooling and artwork.
• Create job ticket which consists of material and process.
• Co-ordinate FA run with FA report submission
• Co-ordinate product transfer from US to Singapore facility.
• Develop and fabricate test jig/tool for testing of functionality of finish product.
• Maintain all test jig/ tool used in production.
• Perform product failure analysis, as well as reduce cost through yield improvement, cycle time reduction and process enhancement.
• Coordinate the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.
• Putting up sales quotation for the customer through the sales department.
• Any other task assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD.
• Need to be flexible on working hours as support over the weekends may be required.
• Must be a self-motivated team player with good presentation and communication skills
• Good project and time management capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
• Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.
• Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
• Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.
• Perform testing & commissioning of BMS.
• HVAC experience and sequence of preparation for BMS
• Experience in BMS technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM.
• Experience in IO point schedules, assignments and materials selection with value engineering
• With logical knowledge in ACMV & HVAC system control logic.
• Network and MS office & project background knowledge is a must.
• Be aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment.
• Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Immediately inform the site EHS officer/site manager of any additional EHS risks.
  Stop the work if any unsafe conditions are identified.
• Project management skill required.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

• Min 2 years related experience in HVAC/ BAS industry

• Strong customer management & problem solving skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
