• Develop and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, process manuals and forms to assist in providing definite direction and support to the subsidiaries’ day to day operations and ensure their compliance.
• Monitor the subsidiaries’ performance and follow up until the desired results are achieved.
• Control Supply Chain-owned software to ensure full control on the functionality, access security and information running in the system.
• Ensure departmental performance in accordance with company's corporate goals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply chain, mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least one to three years relevant experience in related field
• Familiar to import and export process
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, resourceful with good analytical abilities

Responsibilities:

• Design, development, testing and support of firmware/embedded software applications for microcontroller based wireless systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Executive located in Singapore. The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for demand planning, production planning, communication, and supply chain operations. The Supply Chain Executive will also be required to possess strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOP
• Prepare monthly S&OP while balancing supply and demand for a six month horizon
• Source and procure materials or equipment according to project requirements (RFQ/BOM)
• Leverage the company wide supply chain to achieve lead time and cost targets
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional departments for best possible price and delivery time with the quality required for each project
• Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production and projects
