a) To report to the Manager or team leader as shown in the organization chart. He/she is responsible for the assigned or related project tasks and responsibilities.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

i) Study and fully understand the ISO requirements, technical drawings, scope, contractual requirements and sub-contract agreements. Work with the consultants to resolve technical issues prior to construction.

ii) Submit to superior for feedback and concurrence on short or medium-term programmes and execute the works according to the detailed programme.

iii) Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements. Managing the works with excellent housekeeping is a key focus.

iv) For quality management, the engineer is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

v) Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements.

vi) Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.

vii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an End User Computing (EUC) and Information Technology (IT) Service Management Engineer. This role will involve assisting the Head of EUC on all IT EUC activities and facilities, to ensure users can effectively and productively use established and / or new innovative collaboration technologies, maintain good user experience, including AI/ML, office automation tools, desktop, and mobility technologies.

The ideal officer will have practical knowledge and experience of EUC, working experience in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes implementation, proficiency in ServiceNow workflows and dashboards, and preferably experience with identity management integration. You will assist the Head of EUC to manage vendors, optimize processes and target high impact / severity issues for resolution and follow ups. [What you will be working on]

•                 IT Service Desk Management: Manage the IT service desk team, ensuring efficient and effective handling of user inquiries, incident resolution, and service request fulfilment, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

•                 IT Service Management (ITSM): Assist in the adoption and adherence to ITIL/ITSM best practices and standards, identifying opportunities for simplifying and optimizing processes and driving implementations to streamline processes and improve efficiency and visibility.

•                 Assist in the drive for adoption of innovative AI/ML and automation solutions to improve work processes and productivity of the team and colleagues in the organisation.

[What we are looking for]

YOUR ROLE

You'll join a multi-site product and test engineering team responsible for power discrete SiC (Silicon Carbide) diode portfolio. The SiC rectifier division core team is in Tours (France). For this position, you'll be based in Singapore and your role will be to support the division for the development of those high-performance rectifiers and the constant quality improvement plan: from wafers start in the flow up to the final test on diode housed into the package.

Responsibilities

• the review with local teams of the industrial changes impacting SiC diode production and participate to qualification plan definition, data analysis and milestones deliverables following quality standards and customer requirements.
• follow up all the engineering materials (technology/new product/industrial changes related) running in clean room (diffusion & EWS) to track their cycle time, to schedule the testing and the analysis, up to the disposition for back-end activities (assembly/final test trials)
• project leader for the execution of the electrical wafer sorting roadmap for SiC diodes to use the most advanced test equipment and advanced test solution.
• the analysis of electrical wafer sorting data for non-conform material and lead the board to propose most relevant disposition based on non-conform material analysis to build and sustain a data base of the either process or electrical signature and address the issues by a plan defined with a cross functional team.
• the development of statistical based routine to better detect outlier device.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

As a Syscon Engineer , you will be responsible for the implementing of large-scale IT/ Engineering projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer’s requirements. 

What will you do? 

Fault management

• To monitor any fault alarm generated from the Network Management System (NMS);
• To identify the nature and type of the network failures whenever a fault alarm is generated or a fault is reported, and to execute the appropriate corrective actions to ensure minimum disruption to the network;
• To seek approval from the user’s representative on the remedial actions should such actions entail disruption to the network or the allocation of resources;
• To report the fault to the Maintenance Agency (MA) when the fault cannot be resolved at the NOC level;
• To liaise with the MA directly to isolate or rectify the fault reported; 
• To provide interim update of a fault via SMS or phone to the user until the fault is closed;
• To document the number and types of faults occurred and the process and action taken to resolve the problem;
• To perform daily checks with the aid of NMS to ensure all sub-systems are in proper physical and working condition;
• To backup data of the NMS and to restore it when necessary.
• To carry out the MA’s recommended periodic preventive maintenance of the sub-systems and its equipment at all sites to ensure network functionality and the equipment are in working order;
• To perform periodic testing of the main and backup switching equipment to ensure all sub-systems are functioning properly.

Configuration Management

• To maintain an up-to-date physical and logical configuration of the sub-systems with proper and accurate documentation;
• To maintain and manage the numbering plan for all system end-user terminals;
• To perform network reconfiguration for operational role changes that does not involve additional hardware or swapping of equipment boards upon instruction from the user;
• To perform network and new services configuration;
• To track and report to the user any unauthorised equipment, hardware, applications, relocation, etc. regarding the overall configuration of the system.

Administration Management

• To receive calls from end-users on all aspects of the system such as fault reporting, network consultation, etc.;
• To keep end-users informed of such events like network failure, network maintenance, network testing, password changing, etc. so that end-users are given adequate notice in advance to prepare themselves;
• To issue Repair Report Forms (RRF) and/or Anomaly and Improvement Forms to MA for its further actions;
• To be responsible for the proper maintenance and documentation of all the maintenance and operating manuals;
• To activate the user’s representative after office hours should there be any anomalies in the sub-systems that require their intervention or advice or if such anomalies result in adverse operational impact;
• To liaise with building owners for access;
• To provide shift report on all related incidents that happen during the shift;
• To provide monthly updates of the sub-systems status to the user and ad-hoc reports when so requested by the user;
• To maintain the stock inventory management system to track all equipment movement in/out of NOC located in the main site.
• Performance Management
• To collect and compile network statistics periodically, and to analyse the statistics collected. The network performance results together with recommended solution to improve network performance, if required, are to be provided to the user;
• To track the performance in terms of the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) of the various sub-systems with MA. Such task includes tracking the response time and turnaround time of the MA upon activated;
• To recommend to the user necessary actions to be taken to enhance the performance of the sub-systems;
• To assess and decide on the need to fine-tune the sub-systems based on the performance results submitted and recommend technical solutions to the user.

Security Management

• To ensure that all components of the sub-systems located at NOC (NMTs, equipment of all sub-systems, equipment rooms, etc.) are physically secured according to the security guidelines set out by the user;
• To monitor the sub-systems against any unauthorised network access and to track down for such unauthorised access to the network.
• To perform periodical change in password access control to the sub-systems according to the IT security requirement;
• To desensitise system terminal equipment;
• To reload terminal software;
• To monitor the overall security of the system and to report any possible breach to the user;
• To recommend to the user the necessary actions to be taken against any unauthorised network access;
• To assist the user in safeguarding and restricting access to all the security related information;
• To plan and recommend to the user the periodical change in password access control for the sub-systems;
• To assist the user in system security keys renewal;
• To assist user in tracking the loss of system user terminals.

Project Support

• To assist the user in project planning and to provide network operations advices to the user’s project team; 
• To assist the user in conducting verification tests/trials during project run-in phase;
• To perform network and new services configuration; 
• Put to service new system user terminals.

Consultancy Services

• To provide consultancy services in technical and tactical operations of the sub-system;
• Study and analyse in detail the sub-systems on the business continuity planning;
• Support the user in the ad-hoc studies on the network capacity and capabilities.

General Support Management

• To advise and support the user in the planning and execution of special operations that involves allocation, configuration and deployment of system resources.
• To formulate network recovery procedures in response to all possible failure scenarios for approval by the user. Such failure scenarios include example like network degradation on fallback modes and the total failure of the main NOC site which necessitates the need to relocate operations to the alternate site. The network recovery procedures when approved by the user shall be constantly improved, updated and re-approved through the conduct of periodical exercises and validations;
• To assist the user in carrying out retrieval of logs;
• Support the user on site and monitor the network performances during major events;
• To assist the user to report any missing system end-user terminal (reported by end-user) to the user to terminate the service and to submit a report.

User Equipment (UE) Management

• To confirm failures or faults in the reported equipment;
• To ensure that all relevant data in the equipment are removed and perform software and content management if it is not done adequately;
• To save equipment configuration and settings especially for faulty equipment;
• To secure delete or remove configuration and data within the faulty equipment;
• To clone equipment configuration from one equipment to another;
• To update or restore firmware and software in the equipment physically;
• To perform remote wipe of confirmed faulty equipment;
• To consolidate repaired UE and provide updated software or apply patches before returning to user.

Application Management

• To provide Level 1 software support and basic application trouble shooting, consisting of:
• Version update
• Reinstallation
• Cache clearing
• User Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ)
• User registration check
• Hardware requirement check
• To provide Level 1 backend infrastructure support, consisting of:
• Server status check
• Connectivity check
• To escalate to application vendors for Level 2 support.

IT Engineer

Job Scope:

The Security Engineer is responsible for the implementation of IT security solutions. He reports to the Head of Deployment. • Build advanced automated test suites to exercise our world-class applications.
• Work with the development and other engineering teams to automate testing, applying risk-based strategy.

What are we looking for?

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Min 5 years experience in one or more of the followings:

• Application performance testing
• Application security testing

• Experience with open source performance testing tools like K6, JMeter, Locust or enterprise level testing tools (Micro Focus LoadRunner) will be an added advantage.
• Experience with open source security testing tools like ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map, Clair, etc or enterprise level security tools (Mirco Focus Fortify On Demand, Prisma Cloud, Veracode, Nessus or CheckMarx) will be an added advantage.
• Experience to setup the pipeline with CICD tools, such as GitLab, Bamboo and etc.
• Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst and/or CREST/OSCP certification will be an added advantage.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

As an Environment, Health, Safety Engineer, you will be the leading the operations for EHS for our Singapore sites for safety matters, EHS trainings and reviewing any procedures. You will also be the advisor for EHS related legislation and requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To maintain and implement environmental, health and safety (EHS) management framework and programs for Singapore sites.
• Educate and train employees on EHS requirements and regulations to promote zero accident culture.
• Advice site management on EHS related legislation and requirements.
• Network with global EHS team for training, new technology applications, and leverage best practices.
• Lead overall Plant Operation Safety matters, EHS training, reviewing Safe Work Procedures and Incident Investigation.
• Responsible for providing technical safety advice to the relevant stakeholders. Mentor stakeholders on EHS Management System.
• Conduct daily walk about (safety inspections) and rectify any safety hazard that is found within the premises promptly.
• Work with other team members of updating the required licenses, approvals and certifications which are necessary for the facilities’ operations and
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in EHS or any Engineering discipline.
• WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (SDWSH) – Level C
• Candidate must have minimum 2 years of EHS related working experience in Manufacturing and/or Semiconductor industries.
• Candidate will need to be Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower
• Candidate must effectively partner and delivers results in a matrix environment; works collaboratively with different (external) engineering and supply chain organizations.
• Candidate will need to have knowledge of local regulation and EHS requirements.

We are currently looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join the team. You will be driving and monitoring the key retail strategies and initiatives, working in close partnership with key stakeholders. You will also be key in supporting the stores in achieving operational excellence and the overall delivery of exceptional customer experience in all our stores.

Operations:

• Oversee entire retail operations including sales, manpower, inventory, store planning and maintenance and monthly reporting of sales achievement.
• Streamline the operations processes and improve efficiency and customer service standards.
• Ensure the company’s policies and standards are communicated and implemented.
• Work alongside our team members in-stores frequently to assist and to drive sales and improve operations
• Responsible for the setting up of new stores, installations and openings (which include planning products display, visual merchandising, product mix etc).
• Investigate any inventory discrepancies and reconcile all inventory reports and highlight all issues for management
• Ensure that the stock level at all locations is within the acceptable thresholds and work closely with the outlet supervisors and buying team on stock management.

• Planning of roster and ensuring all outlets are adequately staffed on a daily basis
• Drive, inspire, motivate the team to achieve the company’s objectives by meeting sales target with an outstanding customer service and excellent operations management.
• Work with the team on personal development and onboarding training

• Provide leadership across all our locations and improve team spirit.

Sales:

• Analyse sales reports of each location, indicating key issues, making development plans and taking actions when sales targets are not met.
• Analyse customers’ demographics and purchasing behaviours, working closely with the retail team, to improve our in-store products mix through consolidations, redistributions, and allocation of stocks.

Customer Service:

• Meet and interact with customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Offer exemplary product knowledge to assist customers with their buying decisions.
• Develop customer service SOP and monitor compliance with a view of preventing and minimising customer complaints and better service recovery.
• Facilitate training to retail staff to ensure outstanding customer service standards
• Manage and coach the team on ways to handle customers’ enquiries/feedback/complaints in a professional manner according to the brand’s service standards and expectations.
