We are looking for a dedicated ITSM Engineer with at least 2-3 years of experience in ITSM to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools to improve service delivery and support for our external clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are followed and that our IT services align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.
• Administer and support ITSM tools (e.g., BMC, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) to enhance service delivery and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define service levels, create service catalogues, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyse service performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and demonstrate how our ITSM solutions can address their specific needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and workshops to potential clients showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our ITSM tools.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote ITSM best practices and tool usage across the organization.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of ITSM documentation, including process flows, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Design, Implement or operations of IT Service Management tools or a related role, with a strong focus on ITSM tools and processes.
• Proficiency in ITSM platforms such as BMC, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar tools in deployment and operations.
• Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with teams.
• Experience integrating ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Jira) with other enterprise systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CRM, ERP).
• Proficiency in using APIs to connect ITSM tools with other applications to streamline workflows and data exchange.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party services or applications that enhance ITSM capabilities (e.g., chatbots for incident reporting).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance ITSM tool functionality.
• Ability to design and implement automated workflows that enhance service delivery and reduce manual intervention.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL certification or other relevant ITSM tools certifications.
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques to streamline ITSM processes.
• Experience in project management or agile methodologies.

General Overview

• To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare method statements,
• Liaise with the stakeholders (e.g. clients, consultants) on permits, drawings, and design matters. Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the Company’s Integrated Management System, specifications, and applicable legislative requirements.
• Conduct site inspection/audit on the sub-contractor/vendor to ensure works are following approved method statements and specifications & proper sequence of work.
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Lead a team of supervisors for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
• Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
• Preparation of progress report
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace

Job Requirements:

• Work experience of rigid inclusion, piling, wharf superstructure, drainage works, electrical & communication works, concrete foundation works, etc. for Civil Infrastructure Project
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) / or equivalent.
• Familiar with our local standard and safety aspects in the construction industry.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• To assist Fire Safety Manager in the implementation of protocols as per Emergency Response Procedure (ERP) to be in line and compliance with Singapore Fire Code requirements.
• To assist Fire Safety Manager in conducting relevant drills as per frequency stipulated by SCDF.
• To enforce on compliance of all Fire safety related legislations and Pollution control matters.
• To develop, plan and conduct training relevant to emergency response scenarios to all relevant staff and contractors within PaxOcean.
• To organise and conduct first aid & rescue related training to all HSE and yard staff.
• To lead appointed CERT members in firefighting, rescue and oil pollution control operations.
• To support in the administration and conduct of all other HSE related training i.e., Safety Induction Program for all staff & subcontractors.
• To be in charge of planning, inspecting, replenishing and maintenance of all emergency response equipment within HSE department Store in accordance manufacturers recommendation and/or industry best practices.
• To support and provide first aid treatment to casualties in times of emergency.
• To ensure that all fire fighting, fire suppression and rescue/ first aid equipment are maintained periodically as per manufacturer’s or Industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of SCDF Experience on Emergency.
• NITEC or higher NITEC or equivalent and above.
• At least 3-5 years of actual front-line emergency response experience including (but not limited to) Firefighting and casualties Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, Work at Height Rescue
• Experience in leading and managing a team of responders for the mentioned emergency scenarios
