JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Development Engineer with expertise in Python development and AWS cloud environments. In this role, you will focus on integrating and embedding AI capabilities into our products, as well as developing native AI applications leveraging mature AI technologies. While deep AI expertise is not mandatory, a solid understanding of AI concepts will be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, deliver innovative solutions, and enhance both employee and customer experiences. Strong communication skills in English, both technical and non-technical, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable applications and solutions in AWS native environments.
Build, deploy, and integrate microservices architectures for AI-enabled products.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities and embed AI features in our offerings.
Utilize Python to build robust, efficient, and maintainable code.
Apply existing, mature AI models and services to enhance product functionality and improve business outcomes.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.
Ensure seamless communication between various cloud-based components and services within AWS.
Support the design, testing, and troubleshooting of cloud-native AI applications.
Foster a collaborative team environment by contributing ideas and openly engaging with peers.

Requirements

Proficient in Python development with extensive hands-on experience.
Strong expertise in AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, DynamoDB).
Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
Experience in deploying and managing AI-powered applications within cloud ecosystems.
Ability to work with existing AI models and integrate them into products.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong team player and collaborator, able to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Background or knowledge in AI/ML concepts and frameworks.
Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Prior experience with AWS tools like SageMaker, Rekognition, or Comprehend.

What we seek to accomplish together:

The Network Engineer is responsible to provide operational support to network infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues and conducting root cause analysis. The network engineer is also required to manage change request through changes requests processes including requirement gathering, impact analysis, design, testing to integrate the change to existing environment.

A little about you:

• Responsible for the infrastructure network design, implementation, testing, security, managing and maintenance of proposed system
• Work closely with Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones
• Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team
• Respond promptly to incident, root cause analysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
• Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
• Implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
• Assist in day-to-day operation of the System Delivery team
• Carry out other technical related duties that may be required.
• Attain key certifications for partnership with key vendors.

What you might also need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in configuring and administering routers and switches (e.g. Cisco routers and switches, etc), firewall products (e.g. CheckPoint, Forcepoint, etc.), F5 Load Balancers, AAA, NTP, IPS
• Good understanding of network system, network architecture, routing, switching, firewall and security
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain technology from a customer perspective
• Proficient in performing network analysis and troubleshooting using network and protocol analyzers
• Network certification in CCNA/CCNP/CCIE is a plus
• 24 x 7 standby support as required
