Responsibilities:

• Plan, review and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs in line with best practices and OEM recommendations.
• Identification and reporting on plant and equipment inefficiencies and suggest possible improvements.
• Designing short term engineering solutions that efficiently resolve problems with plant.
• Liaison with and providing technical support to operations and maintenance staff.
• To ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements which includes laws related to cyber security like and not restricted to Gas metering code, ISO-27001 and CCoP.
• Managing and coordinating plant engineering projects, including plant overhauls, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Providing training for others in area of technical expertise.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of maintenance programs, including major overhauls, and providing information and advice in respect of Contractors’ work performance.
• Must monitor spares and initiate timely procurement action to maintain critical spares.
• Must respond to emergencies in plant irrespective of weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent, preferably recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with 3 years of supervisory experience, within a Power plant or related Industries
• Self-motivated and independent and has strong analytical and communication skills.
• Possesses good working knowledge of power plants or related industries and statutory requirements.
• Multi-skilled in terms of being able to practise across engineering disciplines

Responsible for leading customer requirements collection and requirements management, outputting solutions while managing customer expectations.

The Successful Applicant

Communication, electronics, computer and other related majors, bachelor degree or above.

At least two years working experience in related positions, experience in unified communication industry or related products is preferred (one year of work/excellent freshmen can also be considered).

Strong customer understanding, demand analysis ability, sensitive to problems.

Excellent customer service awareness, communication and coordination, strong ability to promote implementation.
