• Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams
• Be the go-to person for guidance on all the latest trends, and as such will be expected to dedicate time to research and monitor announcements from key industry bodies, institutions and networks to stay ahead of the curve
• To seek opportunities for external funding, submit grant applications and be responsible for reporting, monitoring and evaluation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity
• Ability to create framework and matrix from the ground up
• Through knowledge of regional procurement and supply chain management in hospitality and tourism business
• Experience in leading, grooming and setting up regional team
• Experience in sustainability application

Salary: up to $4,500 per month

Your new role

Regional (30%)

- Monthly MIS

- Handling reports / reviews

- Liaising with headquarters in UK

- Tracking of pricing

Supply Chain (70%)

- Drawing out of reports, and interpreting reports

- Developpng relationships with clients / vendors / suppliers

- Handling invoices

- Handling contracts / purchase orders til actual delivery

- Usage of SAP system

• Experience in handling supply chain
• SAP usage
• Able to commit to 6 months contract

Your Key responsibilities:

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain/ Engineering (or equivalent) discipline
• Strong analytics, computer skills and knowledge of Excel is required
• Strong communication, presentation and powerpoint skills
• 3+ years of professional experience in procurement / supply chain
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
• Ability to develop, present new ideas and conceptualise new approaches and solutions. Ideally, you’ll also have Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working for a top tier Consulting firm, Big Four or Industry experience with a strong focus on business improvement
