Scope

The primary task of the Technical Support Engineer is to support the Technical Manager in rendering product and application-related technical assistance and support to internal and external customers. You will be working closely with the front-line team and will be involved in the development, implementation, organization, maintenance, and update of all technical-related matters. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports for estate sub-systems.
• Develop data processes workglows and analytics programs.
• Build Machine Learning algorithms and apply statistical methods to extract insights for Smart Estate applications.
• Extract data from existing Building Management Systems using BACnet and Modbus protocol.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines to transform raw data into analysis-ready formats.

Job Requirements
