• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors and clients on site matters.
• Execute, monitor and ensure the project completed on time.
• Maintain work quality according to specification and requirement.
• Check drawing for accuracy and completeness for construction.
• Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works.
• Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
• Ensure the site operations comply with project quality plan, environmental and occupational safety and health.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; certification must be recognized by PE Board
• Has experience in infrastructure projects, e.g. roads and rail projects
• Possess skill, knowledge and ability to supervise and manage project effectively
• Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills

Job Description:

• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
• Site inspection & upkeep site record.
• Liaise with consultants, client etc.
• Other duties assigned by PM.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate Bachelor in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years work experience in Building Construction.
• Able to work independently.
• Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage

Review the Project technical documentation and requirements.
-Manage the engineering of the Project with close coordination with appointed Contractor(s) and Vendors.
-Coordinate preparation of technical specifications for procurement.
-Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation in accordance with Air Liquide’s guidelines and standards
-Responsible for validating all specified requirements have been fulfilled.
-Responsible for ensuring documentation related to the Project is compiled and updated.
-Coordinate and assist with the resolution of solving technical problems arising during the project and for interfacing/supporting the various engineering disciplines and departments.
-Preparation of RFQ Package(s) for Project Tender.
-Oversee the bid evaluation and procurement phases.
-Responsible for providing cost and schedule estimates related to execution of the Project.
-Coordinate and support, arrangement with internal stakeholders (Design, FMEA, Design Review, Technical Documentation etc)
-Coordination with Client, Authorities, 3rd Parties, Contractors and Vendors for all aspects of the Project requirements, including approvals where required.
-Verify and act upon the remarks of the Client/Certifying Body.
-Responsible for providing technical support during pre-commissioning/commissioning and start-up.
