• Focus on product & GEO diversification by owning, being accountable for, and management of your sales pipeline to ensure you deliver revenue growth for Expeditors.
• Improve your personal knowledge of your customers' supply chain and industry, their financial objectives, and general business goals in order to continually offer value add services. Create a network diagram to support you on this endeavor.
• Initiate value add solutions based on Expeditors service offerings and technology.
• Establish systems requirements (such as EDI) to better improve our customer connectivity and overall customer service.
• Ensure global visibility and collaboration across Expeditors network (strategic updates, KPI's, service deliverables and initiatives).
• Follow our established bid process and engage key stakeholders so they are aware of, and actively supporting your efforts.
• Create and deliver effective customer business reviews with emphasis placed on how Expeditors can support customers with achieving their goals and initiatives.
• Establish and monitor performance standards according to agreed KPI's.
• Ensure customer expectations are clearly documented (through SharePoint or Customer SOP) and communicated effectively.
• Highlight and escalate customers at risk.
• Ensure yields are managed and in line with company expectations with regular review either in SAS (CAM-GAM accounts), or through BI portal (LAM accounts).
• Ensure rates are kept up to date and communicated effectively to operations and customer either through customer SOP or SharePoint.
• Ensure customer is properly set up in CRM & customer account according to CHQ expectations.
• Document all meetings, opportunities and any other customer related information in CRM; and ensure data is accurate and consistent at all times.
• Achieve and maintain acceptable scoring of related AM measurements including the engagement of corrective measures when applicable.

The Marketing manager, APAC is a key role in the expansion of the marketing team.  You will play a crucial part in aligning our sales and marketing efforts, improving our lead generation strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our brand in the APAC region.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead regional go-to-market activities

• Lead campaign go-to-market activities in APAC for all Fastmarkets key verticals (Forest Products, Metals and Mining, Agriculture, Carbon) by collaborating with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and product to create and execute demand-generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
• Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase lead flow to deliver on New Business revenue targets, deepen relationships with existing customers to retain and grow accounts, and build new relationships within existing accounts leveraging account engagement strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, hold teams accountable to achieving goals, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
• Work closely with the APAC sales team to ensure the sales team understands marketing plan and campaign activities impacting lead flow and ensure there is a seamless lead handoff between Sales and Marketing and an ongoing feedback loop
• Oversee the on-site event commercial consideration experience at Fastmarkets branded events, including creating on-site booth strategies, lead generation materials and collaborating with Customer Success and Sales members who will be on site
• Help build best-in-class nurture programs, that include regular a/b test, learn, and optimize approaches for educating higher funnel leads and bringing through to consideration and conversion

Job Requirements

· 3 years of experience in customer success management or customer support within the SaaS, EdTech, or OA system industries.

· Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, information technology, or related fields.

· Proven experience in customer success management for SaaS products, with a solid understanding of SaaS customer needs and service models.

· Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and solutions.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and client interactions effectively.

· Proficiency in English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication and collaboration with staff at the China branch.
