1. Office Operations: Administrative Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an office or department. This includes tasks like managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring security and safety protocols are in place, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

2. Communication: They are responsible for facilitating communication within the organization. This includes managing internal and external correspondence, phone systems, and email communications.

3. Records Management: Administrative Managers oversee the organization and maintenance of records and documents, both physical and digital. This includes ensuring compliance with record-keeping regulations.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting function of the company (including AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, GST, CbCR, Corporate tax and reporting etc)
2. Manage all accounting requirements (including operational, statutory, management and financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting)
3. Manage and supervise a team of accounting professionals and responsible for team development
4. Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, other professional, governmental authorities, bankers, customs, customers and suppliers on matters relating to the company
5. Responsible for all statutory reporting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters for the company and successfully comply with corporate policies and statutory regulations
6. To support Department Managers/related parties with necessary financial reports and analysis of operation performance in terms of profitability and efficiency, and play a business partnering role
7. Monthly management reporting, variance analysis and highlight reasons for variances and timely submission of report to Corporate Office
8. To lead quarterly stock take and accounts-related projects
9. Review and implement improvement in internal control and processes to minimize risk exposure
10. Ensure proper credit control of accounts receivable
11. Responsible for Fixed assets management, cash flow forecasting and control of company expenses, Capital Expenditure management
12. Review and formulate finance policies and procedures
13. Maintaining efficient and effective work flow system and make recommendations to management when necessary
14. Review current ERP system, assist in training and support on financial system and processes and lead system implementation if necessary
15. Other duties or adhoc projects as assigned by Management

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
2. Leadership quality with good people and supervisory skills and ability to manage change within the team
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player
4. Strong planning & analytical skills
5. Hands on, self-motivated, meticulous and committed personality and able to work well under pressure and adhere to tight reporting deadlines
6. Good understanding of Corporate Governance, Tax and Statutory requirements in Singapore
7. Available to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage
