Primary Objective
- Provide leadership and management of the branch
- To manage and lead branch operations and ensure smooth running of branch day-to-day operations
- Create and cultivate customer service excellence culture
- To ensure that Branch meets all regulatory and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
Financials – Cost Management, Wealth Sales & Business Development
- Manage and accountable for the Branch Wealth Sales and costs management.
- Develop, implement business plan to support sales activities to achieve the Retail Banking financial performance and targets.
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to develop appropriate relationships with the local business community to raise RHBSG profile and presence.
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of competitor activities and industry best practices.
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
- Monitor the Branch service quality by ensuring the branch traffic, Q-time and other service indictors are met.
- Drive service initiatives and create a customer-centric culture among the team.
- Deepen customer relationship with the bank and increase share of wallet by promoting and cross-selling of RHBSG banking services and solutions.
- Deal with and resolve customer issues arising efficiently.
- Recommend and ensure appropriate actions are put in place to deliver a pleasant customer experience
- Uphold customer focus and high standards of service set by the Bank.
Talent Management and Development
- Lead, manage and be responsible for the hiring and retention of high performing services teams
