Responsibilities

· Overall Project Management:

- Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations),

- Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyse project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.

- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.

· Stakeholder Management: Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships - e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment

· Scope Management: Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work Review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by PSC

· Project Governance: Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by ITC/TPWC. Organize and facilitate PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings.

· Change management: Led enhancements estimates, timelines, scope and agile delivery to quarterly releases as project manager

· Risk and Issue Management: Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation plans.

· Process Adherence: Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the system development methodology is followed and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the development methodology/approach

· Project Reporting: Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with the right quality, consistency in content. Implement project communication plan and review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, or equivalent.

· At least 15 years experience in project management in banking, financial, consulting industries with proven track record.

· Good problem solver and stay on top of the project risks and issues till closure.

· Good team player and is able to exercise formal and informal ways to lead the vertical teams in achieving the common project targets.

· Excellent presentation skills and able to front with the senior stakeholders at C level.

· Passionate, diligent, and resilient individual with ability if thrive in ambiguity.

· Previous exposure to Channels & APIs including internet banking, mobile, API and H2H knowledge will be advantages.

· Good to have PMP, Prince2, Agile certification.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain

Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory

• Lead, inspire and manage the commissioning team for projects related to the construction and commissioning of facilities for high-tech industries.
• Interact and negotiate with clients on commissioning goals and guidelines.
• Assist and guide project staff in defining commissioning responsibilities.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute detailed reports on the commissioning status and progress of systems and equipment throughout project cycle.
• Work with the project, construction and quality management teams to develop testing and commissioning plans, procedures and schedules.
• Co-ordinate and execute on-site installation inspections, pre-start-up checks, site acceptance testing (SAT) and the performance testing of complex mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, to ensure that systems and equipment meet design requirements.
• Conduct regular project-based meetings to highlight potential issues related to design, construction and commissioning, and offer solutions on how to avoid or minimize impacts to schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with consultants and third parties to carry out independent testing, verification and certification.
• Work in conjunction with the in-house design team and external package vendors to conduct design reviews and create operation and maintenance (O&M) documentation.
• Ensure that sub-contractors and package vendors are meeting quality requirements and completing their test and commissioning work to the standards laid out in project requirement and performance specification documentation.
• Prepare punch lists and conduct follow up reviews with sub-contractors, to ensure the timely rectification of punch items.
• Prepare and submit as-built documentation for system handover and project close-out.
• Conduct safety reviews and identify potential hazards to ensure that the company high standards of safe working practices are strictly enforced.
• Manage and implement Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) systems and procedures during the start-up and commissioning phases of projects.
• Develop training plans and coordinate training activities in conjunction with the project management team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction management and testing & commissioning with relevant fields such as Data Centre, Biopharmaceutical, Life Science, Semiconductor Plants projects.
• Knowledge of project management, preferably PMI certified PMP.

• Responsible for ensuring that both Employers Information Requirements (EIR) and Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) are implemented on site
• Responsible for ensuring the capability of Contractors & subcontractor BIM team are within the EIR documents & to the BEP;
• Responsible for ensuring that all related infrastructure and facilities are coordinated in BIM Model before the commencement of actual works on site
• Responsible for ensuring that all Shop Drawings/Construction drawings are coordinated & updated in BIM Models before commencement of actual works on site
• Work with the project team to review BIM models and relevant deliverables submitted by contractors
• Work with various stakeholders and project teams to identify and resolve technical issues submitted by contractors
• Report and present progress and status with regard to BIM implementation and BIM-related submission by the contractor
• Regular meetings with the BIM stakeholders to share knowledge, recent experiences, ideas and mitigate risks so as to best serve the wider groups and future projects
• Report any progress and highlight risks in the BIM process to the Employer and other BIM stakeholders.
• Responsible for facilitating and chairing BIM workshops and meetings.
• Assure compliance to the Client's Information management protocol
• Report progress and status of model updates to the client BIM team at the End of each month.
• Responsible for ensuring that all related infrastructure and facilities are provided with asset data requirements that support the FM & O&M digital handover.

Qualifications & Requirements

· At least 10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects; in addition, he shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision

· Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g., Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical;

· Possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent

· Highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects;

· Have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills;

· Completed a certification course in BIM Management

· Have successfully instituted a BIM Company Deployment Plan as well as implemented Project BIM Execution Plan for at least 2 projects
