Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulate and recommend policies, objectives and long-range plans to ensure the most effective operation of field sales activities. Disseminate and ensure compliance with approved policies, objectives and plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating efforts across multiple business groups within complex supply chain management.
• Basic knowledge in either end-to-end supply chain management or aftersales markets within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic proficiency in SAP (SD and/or MM module).
• Proactive in converting ambiguous departmental tasks into well-defined assignments.
• Strong drive to lead operational improvements, particularly in enhancing departmental branding.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented in task execution.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
