As a member of the Policy Division, your role involves studying, analysing, and crafting strategic labour policies that address employer needs and specific employee groups of the labour market. You'll dive deep into global and local trends, leverage socioeconomic data to pioneer innovative HR policies. These policies cover a wide myriad of labour topics, from the changing employment relationships to fair employment practices.

You will

• conduct extensive research and analysis to predict how employers will react to proposed employment guidelines and legislations
• utilize cutting-edge methodologies that elevate policy development and foster robust stakeholder engagement.
• deliver comprehensive economic analyses and transform complex manpower issues into visually compelling insights
• collaborate with academic institutions, government bodies, and tripartite partners to shape these insights

Monday to Saturday (saturday half day)

Transport provided to & from Yew Tee Mrt

In charge of full sets of accounts including fixed assets

Assist Finance Director in oversee the accounts dept

Responsible for accounts receivable matters

Calculation of salary and submission of CPF

Prepare and update accounts schedule

Submission of monthly GST

Checking of invoices and quotations

Liaise with auditors in yearly audit activities including bizsafe audit

• Assists PM in leading project team in planning and execution of day to day activities.
• Manage, monitor and regulate schedule and quality performance of all sub-contractors.
• Conduct regular site progress meetings with client and consultant.
• Ensure project is completed within specific time, budget, quality, environment and safety.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of project management experience in the built environment is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
