Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand the vision, annual missions, and fiscal year directions from HQ, and Department to ensure holistic alignment in progress and growth.
• Contribute to continuous parts supply in company’s distribution channels by establishing a business continuity plan (BCP).
• Facilitate and participate in transparent and interactive communication to address irregularities and expedite idea-based decision-making.
• Propose and drive continuous improvements in business operations to enhance the branding of Department and exceed industry standards.
• Maintain respectful relationships with all stakeholders, especially in supply chain management (SCM).
• Establish Department’s Calendar as a directive tool for the department’s timeline.
• Prepare Department for upcoming weekly tasks and monthly milestones to achieve annual missions by conducting periodic updates (e.g., Department Weekly Dashboard) with reference to the Calendar. Provide guidance and support to Department groups in establishing coordinated monthly plans.
• Continuously improve the standards of Department’s common documents and materials.

• Support data extraction from SAP/Tableau and consolidate information to prepare for departmental meetings.
