Job Description:

• Fuel Dispensing:Fill customers' vehicles with fuel (gasoline, diesel, etc.).
  Make sure the right type and amount of fuel is given.
  
• Customer Service:Greet and assist customers in a friendly way.
  Handle payments (cash, card, etc.).
  Offer extra services like cleaning windows or checking tire pressure.
  
• Safety:Follow safety rules to avoid accidents (e.g., fuel spills or fire).
  Keep the fueling area clean and safe.
  
• Maintenance:Check and maintain fuel pumps and equipment.
  Report any broken equipment for repair.
  
• Inventory:Monitor fuel levels in storage tanks.
  Help with fuel deliveries and restocking.
  
• Record Keeping:Keep track of fuel sold and daily transactions.
  
• Emergency Handling:Act quickly in case of spills or emergencies and report to the right people.

• Able to work rotating shifts & 6 days/week (including weekends & PH)

• Checking and sorting all soiled linens/laundry items into the industrial washing machine
• Feeding clean linens/laundry items into the industrial ironing and folding machines
• Packing and sorting clean linens/laundry items for delivery to the different hotel properties
• Maintain cleanliness of working area
• Report any faulty/abnormalities found in any laundry machine(s) to the Laundry Operations Manager
• Any other duties within reasonable scope as required

Requirements:

• Secondary / Nitec / Higher Nitec

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and coordinate with 3PL warehouses to resolve inbound and outbound issues.
• Coordinate special operations with 3PLs, like transloading, to optimize goods movement.
• Start outbound order processing with 3PLs based on demand and logistics plans.
• Investigate and report damaged goods incidents.
• Advise logistics planners on products to be returned to a site based on stock needs, optimizing storage space and product mix.
• Maintain and update the emergency distribution plan.
• Develop detailed demand and capacity forecasts for goods.
• Create weekly resource forecasts based on stock arrival schedules and rotation strategies.
• Produce weekly forecasts on site utilization rates to predict when a site will reach full capacity.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, focusing on warehouse operations or stockpile management.
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel preferred) for data analysis and forecasting.
