   Raise incidents in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system and track them until closure.
   
3. Maintenance Support:Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance activities, including building management tasks such as power shutdowns, air conditioning, and UPS maintenance.
   
4. Hardware Management:Coordinate and support hardware disposal, including hard disks, media, and backup tapes.
   Load and unload backup tapes and prepare them for off-site transfer.
   Maintain and update hardware inventory and rack systems.
   
5. Monitoring and Reporting:Conduct daily checks to ensure data center temperature remains within acceptable levels.
   Identify and report unusual device behavior, such as abnormal blinking lights or sounds.
   Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports for customers.
   

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a shift environment.
• Basic understanding of data center operations and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with vendors and internal teams.

• Ensure crane is in good working condition before operation;always be alert and ensure safe operation at work
• To be fully aware of related WSH safety regulations and house rules
• Pruning and cutting trees
• Able to coordinate with site supervisor / manager and able prepare the daily work schedule
• Possess valid Singapore Class 4 or 5 Driving License
• At Least 5 years experience in the landscape industry
• Must have WSQ Crane Operator Certificate
• Willing to work on weekend and Public Holidays, night shift works, when required

Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of cranes (Mobile / Crawler)

• Daily maintenance / housekeeping within crane cabin

• Inspects crane equipment, identifies cause of error and defect

• Ensuring high level of safety issues and procedure are met

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Completion Certificate for appropriate crane course from BCA

• Appropriate Safety Orientation Course certificate

• Must be willing to work at the customer job site (across Singapore)

Experience/ Proficiency:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Possess Crawler Crane Licence will be an added advantage

Competency:

• Good safety awareness

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and good coordination

• Able to work independently

• Have a good interpersonal skills with the customer

Working Experience- Operating a crawler crane preferred, over 3 years;
Requirements- Valid crane operator license, familiar with crane operations and safety regulations, and ability to work in a team environment.
