Key Responsibilities

• Execute machine operations with adherence to programmed instructions, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with programmers to follow and implement machine instructions for seamless production.
• Perform touch-up tasks as needed to maintain product quality and uphold production standards.

• Provide first-level technical support for our products, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Monitor and maintain the operational status of the datacenter infrastructure.
• Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, following established procedures and escalation paths.
• Perform routine datacenter operations tasks, such as equipment checks, environmental monitoring, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure service continuity.
• Document and report incidents, activities, and maintenance tasks according to standard procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and datacenter operations.

• Prior experience in a technical support role, preferably in a product support or datacenter operations capacity.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and storage systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24x5 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in IT support and datacenter operations are advantageous.

Main functions and responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

• Liaison with government agencies/authorities for all regulatory requirements including (but not limited to) licenses, permits/approvals, and trade agreements etc in import/export of goods and materials
• Arrangement of freight shipments with forwarders
• Liaison with factories, freight forwarders and warehouses
• Tracking and managing of warehouse inventories

Operations Management

• Preparation of sales/purchase contracts, confirmations, and other documents
• Tracking and proper filing of prepared documentations
• Tracking and updating of shipping information
• Preparation of operational reports
• Preparation of shipping documents

Stakeholders Management

• Support as and when required, client onboarding process, and static data maintenance.
• Handle queries and communications with overseas and local counterparts, sellers and customers

Skills/Requirements

• Minimally 2 years of experience in similar position
• This role requires proficiency in English and Mandarin both Spoken & Written (you will be liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders who are only able to communicate in Mandarin
• Familiarity with incoterms
• Knowledge and experience in import and export procedures
• Independent, responsible and initiative
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Good communication skills

To manage, coordinate and drive supply chain activities and processes to achieve Airbus Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) programme objectives/goals:

• On-time procurement and delivery of Kits/parts to achieve on-time redelivery of converted aircraft to customer/operator
• Kits/parts remain within budget

The successful candidate will work with various internal teams such as engineering, supplier management, logistics, manufacturing and Quality department.

Task:

• Perform supply chain tasks to support the Airbus P2F Conversion programme

Details:

• Measure, report and present on-time kit delivery performance to various internal and external stakeholders on a periodic basis using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Recommend make/buy decisions to supplier management team to drive parts procurement. Plan procurement strategies to ensure on-time fulfilment of parts demand.
• Spot or anticipate kit supply issues and report accordingly, and escalate to upper management as required. Propose mitigation steps and/or solutions to issues. Coordinate and oversee the prompt implementation of such mitigation steps and/or solutions.
• Communicate and manage relationship with customers and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and third parties. Manage contracts with suppliers.
• Perform sales of spares to customers and provide customer support.
• Draft memos and approval papers for proposals, requests, coordination between various parties and/or to management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive programme documentation and filing.

Requirements
