JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Business domain knowledge in Supply Chain Finance / Account Receivable Purchase.
• Can speak/fluent in THAI language
• Experience in working in large scale IT projects focusing on Open Accounts / Supply Chain finance projects.
• Collaborate with business units / technical teams / external vendors to support to define / create /prepare the user requirements document (functional / non-functional / data mapping)
• To collaborate with application teams / business units to define /create the To-be workflow / business process / solution.
• To collaborate with application teams to work on the integration strategy between external / bank systems.
• To collaborate with Application support teams to define / prepare the post Go-Live support plan
• To collaborate with the test leads / business units to plan the testing strategy, validation of test cases / results and provide functional support to Testing team / business unit during SIT and UAT phase.
• Experience/understanding of controls in a Banking environment

Responsiblities

• Leading project planning sessions
• Planning and managing projects from start to finish
• Coordinating project resources effectively
• Identifying and resolving project risks and issues
• Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
• Implementing project management best practices and methodologies
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or risks identified
• Conduct data analysis and generate KPI reports to provide insights into supply chain performance
• Prepare, monitor and analyze KPI to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals
• Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferably Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Have a project management experience. PMP certificate is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in SCM, Project Management or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with supply chain software and ERP systems
• Hands-on experience with system implementations
• Strongdata analytic skills with large data systems
