Proven experience in Level 2 application support within the financial services or trading technology space.

Expertise in front-office trading platforms and financial applications, such as ION, Bloomberg, MarkitWire, Fidessa, Front Arena, CME Brokertec, TradeWeb, and Trading Technologies.

Role Purpose

The on-site analyst role is to ensure the proper functioning of personal computing and office technology so that end users can most efficiently and effectively accomplish business tasks. Responsibilities:

Program Support Activities

• Develop and deliver training within the scope of ATM system contracts.
• Develop and maintain the training syllabus including:Production and maintenance of training methods/tooling and documentation as directed by the Training Manager.

  Managing access to eLearning as required by project/program requirements.
