Sales Support Assistant (Bukit Batok – B2B /Account Servicing)

The Company is a distributor of vehicle spare parts, supplying to distributors, workshops, and end-users both locally and abroad. We are looking for a suitable Sales Support Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

· Point of contact to handle sales enquiry, quotation, and processing of orders.

· To deliver good customer service ensuring customer satisfaction.

· To help build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Administrative duties, including arranging of shipment and assisting with data preparation for stock purchasing.

· Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

· Detail-oriented, organised, and careful.

· Able to start work soon.

· To have at least basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Qualifications and experience in the following fields will prove advantageous

· Relevant experience in a Business-to-Business sales role.

· Experience in the wholesale distribution business.

· Familiarity with vehicle spare parts.

Working hours

Monday to Wednesday: 8am to 6pm (including 1 hour lunch)

Thursday and Friday: 8am to 530pm (including 1 hour lunch)

44 working hours, 5 days a week.

OR if preferred

Monday: 9am to 5pm (including 1 hour lunch)

Tuesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (including 1 hour lunch)

Saturday: 8am to 1pm (no lunch)

44 working hours, 5.5 working days a week. If the candidate prefers to adjust the work start and end timings, that can be discussed during interview.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from their home and the Centre daily.
• Ferry clients for outdoor trips and events.
• Ensure the safety of the clients during transportation.
• Assist the clients in boarding and alighting from the van.
• Ensure the van is kept clean and in good condition at all times.
• Report defects, damage and malfunction of the van.
• Build good rapport with clients’ carers.
• Assist with the Centre’s programmes and activities when required.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• At least 3 years’ working experience as a van driver.
• 5 days work week.

ROLE

A Senior Client Advisor / Client Advisor contributes actively to the store sales and key indicators achievement. Providing a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and everlasting experience to all external and internal clients. Also supporting the management team and colleagues, while consistently upholding our the company core values.

WORKING HOURS / LOCATION

Responsibility:

1. Assist the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries

2. Provide professional technical support to our customers

3. Perform product testings to better understand our products

4. Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers

5. Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in n Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent;

· Team player, fast learner, and able to work independent;

· Working experience in CCTV, Door Access and Solar products will be advantageous;
