Requirement - Advanced Response Center (Tier 1)

ARC Tier 1 is required to work in a secure ARC environment. ARC is a type of call center that specializes in providing technical support or customer service for complex products or services. An ARC typically employs highly trained and specialized agents who are knowledgeable about the product or service being supported. They may also use advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, chatbots, and automation to assist with customer inquiries and support.

In addition to providing technical support, an ARC may also be responsible for proactive monitoring and management of the product or service being supported, identifying, and resolving issues before they become problems for customers. This can help to improve overall customer satisfaction and reduce downtime for critical systems or services.

Overall, an Advanced Response Center plays a critical role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality technical support and service for complex products and services.

ARC Tier 1 is responsible for provide first level technical support to customers. ARC Tier 1 will work closely with ARC Tier 2, Team Leads & Technical Support Engineers to achieve this purpose. ARC Tier 1 is the first line of technical support. This team is responsible for basic customer issues/enquiries/request/alert. It is the same as 1st Level support which provide basic technical or non- technical support functions.

ACR Tier 1 functions and responsibilities (not limited)

· Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request/alerts (Call, Email, Webchat, EUP, IVR handling, Monitoring consoles)

o 1st level troubleshooting of in supported systems

i.e. Workplace; Server; Network; Microsoft 365; Secure Access Service Edge; Point of Sale

o Security event monitoring

o Server and network availability and performance monitoring

o Password reset and unlock

o Perform log & route [to higher tier or Resolver Team(s)]

· Record and manage all transactions/ cases in Service Management System

· Broadcast notifications to the relevant parties

· Provide timely status update, follow up on cases escalated until closure within the service level agreement.

Ensure daily tasks are executed according to the Standard Operation Procedure

Responsibilities:

• To provide support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used in the client’s premises.
• Assisting in the provision of support for internal and external events.
• To carry out routine testing of equipment to diagnose, log and report operational faults.
• Working with our team to assist in the diagnosis and rectification of faults to ensure that all systems are fully functional and that equipment and system down time are kept to a minimum.

• Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly by the room check procedure
• To maintain records of equipment usage (when applicable), to make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment when necessary
• Raise tickets for faults and liaise with relevant bodies for repairs of malfunctioning equipment
• Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest
• standard and functioning correctly
• Assist with first line fault repairs
• To carry out scheduled maintenance checks (room checks/power downs) and to write technical reports based on test results

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Preferably at least two years of experience in the operation, engineering and / or installation of AV systems. A strong knowledge of audio, video and networking engineering fundamentals.
• Should have, if not all, most of the following industry certifications: Crestron, Zoom, QSC, Cisco, Shure, Poly

The Web Browsers Services Support Engineer will support web browser technologies across Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, ensuring seamless functionality and providing expertise in incident and service management.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact in Asia for tier-3 browser-related support, including incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with Lines of Business, Program Managers, and Application Owners to ensure compatibility and functionality of web applications on preferred browsers.
• Maintain and update baseline settings documentation for all browsers across platforms.
• Configure and manage Intune CSP and related policies.
• Handle support tickets in the ServiceNow platform for incidents, service requests, changes, and problems.
• Develop and update Knowledge Base articles related to web browsers.

• Troubleshoot complex browser issues and liaise with vendors for resolution.

Technical Requirements:

• Solid understanding of web browser technologies (e.g., MS Edge, Chrome, Safari) on Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), especially Intune, with knowledge of the Autopilot process.
• Understanding of MEM Windows applications fundamentals and Microsoft registry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Azure Active Directory fundamentals.
• Intermediate-level scripting skills in Microsoft PowerShell. Expertise in MEM, Intune policy, GPO configuration, and CSP integration with third-party browsers.
